Claims (2)
- 冷凍サイクルを循環する冷媒を膨張させる膨張装置において、
冷媒入口と冷媒出口との間に形成された弁孔、前記弁孔の前記冷媒出口の側にて前記弁孔の軸線方向に進退自在に配置された弁体、および前記弁体の前記弁孔の側とは反対の側に配置されて前記弁孔を閉じる方向に前記弁体を付勢するスプリングを有していて前記冷媒入口の圧力と前記冷媒出口の圧力との差圧により開弁する差圧制御弁と、
前記冷媒出口の冷媒の温度を感知して前記冷媒出口の冷媒が定常状態で運転しているときの温度より高い場合に前記差圧制御弁を開弁方向に付勢するアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記冷媒出口の側において閉弁方向に付勢されている前記弁体を直接受けるように前記差圧制御弁の前記弁孔と前記弁体との間に配置され、前記冷媒出口の冷媒の温度が定常状態で運転しているときの温度より高くなると荷重の増加率が大きくなって前記差圧制御弁の開弁差圧を小さく設定するか、または前記差圧制御弁を開弁状態にする形状記憶合金ばねであることを特徴とする膨張装置。 - 冷凍サイクルを循環する冷媒を膨張させる膨張装置において、
冷媒入口と冷媒出口とに連通する第1の弁孔、前記第1の弁孔の前記冷媒出口の側にて前記第1の弁孔の軸線方向に進退自在に配置された第1の弁体、および前記第1の弁体の前記第1の弁孔の側とは反対の側に配置されて前記第1の弁孔を閉じる方向に前記第1の弁体を付勢する第1のスプリングを有していて前記冷媒入口の圧力と前記冷媒出口の圧力との差圧により開弁する第1の差圧制御弁と、
前記冷媒入口と前記冷媒出口との間に形成されていて前記第1の弁孔よりも大きな径を有する第2の弁孔、前記第2の弁孔の前記冷媒出口の側にて前記第2の弁孔を開閉するよう前記第2の弁孔の軸線方向に進退自在に配置されるとともに前記第2の弁孔の軸線方向に前記第1の弁孔が貫通形成された第2の弁体、前記第1の弁体を前記第1の弁孔の軸線方向に進退自在に保持するとともに前記第2の弁孔の軸線方向に前記第2の弁体と一体に移動可能な筒状部材、および前記筒状部材の前記第2の弁体の側とは反対の側に配置されて前記第2の弁孔を閉じる方向に前記筒状部材を付勢する第2のスプリングを有する第2の差圧制御弁と、
前記冷媒出口の冷媒の温度を感知して前記冷媒出口の冷媒が定常状態で運転しているときの温度より高い場合に前記第2の弁孔を開く方向に前記第2の弁体を付勢するアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記冷媒出口の側において前記第2の弁孔と前記筒状部材との間に配置され、前記冷媒出口の冷媒の温度が定常状態で運転しているときの温度より高くなると荷重の増加率が大きくなって前記第2の差圧制御弁の開弁差圧を小さく設定するか、または前記第2の差圧制御弁を開弁状態にする形状記憶合金ばねであることを特徴とする膨張装置。
