Description
Claims (11)
- オイルが通流するオイル層と、
前記オイルと熱交換する分割プレートと、
前記分割プレートと熱交換するように空気流路へと延び、該空気流路に沿う空気流の主方向に沿って連続的に画定される前方部分と、後方部分と、該前方部分と該後方部分との間に配置された中間部分とにおいて異なる構成で配置されたフィンと、
を備え、
前記前方部分のフィンは傾斜した前方端部を備え、前記前方部分の後部のフィンは偏平上部面を備え、前記中間部分のフィンは反復形式で形成され、前記後方部分のフィンは傾斜した後方端部を備え、前記後方部分の前部のフィンは偏平上部面を備え、前記前方部分のフィンは前記後方部分のフィンよりも厚いことを特徴とする表面冷却器。 - 前記中間部分のフィンは、熱効率が良い形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面冷却器。
- 前記中間部分のフィンは、熱性能が高い形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面冷却器。
- 前記前方部分および前記後方部分のフィンは、実質的に直線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面冷却器。
- 前記フィンは、前記前方部分と前記中間部分との間に位置した第1の移行領域と、前記中間部分と前記後方部分との間に位置した第2の移行領域とを画定するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面冷却器。
- 前記フィンは、前記第1の移行領域および前記第2の移行領域において予め画定された形式で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表面冷却器。
- オイルが通流するオイル層と、
前記オイルと熱交換する分割プレートと、
前記分割プレートと熱交換するように空気流路へと延びるフィンと、
第1の厚さを有し、実質的に直線の部分と、傾斜した前方端部とを備えてなる前記フィンの前方部分と、
前記第1の厚さよりも薄い第2の厚さを有し、実質的に直線の部分と、傾斜した後方端部とを備えてなる前記フィンの後方部分と、
前記前方部分と前記後方部分との間に配置され、反復形式の高熱性能形状を有した前記フィンの中間部分と、
を備えた表面冷却器。 - 前記前方部分のフィンは、前記前方端部の後方に偏平上部面を備え、前記後方部分のフィンは、前記後方端部の前方に偏平上部面を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表面冷却器。
- オイルが通流するオイル層と、該オイルと熱交換する分割プレートとを備えてなる表面冷却器を形成する方法であって、
第1の厚さを有した実質的に直線のフィン形状を備える前方部分の型と、該第1の厚さよりも薄い第2の厚さ有した実質的に直線のフィン形状を備える後方部分の型と、反復形式の高熱性能形状を有した中間部分の型とを形成するステップと、
前記第1の厚さを有した実質的に直線の前記前方部分のフィンと、前記第2の厚さを有した実質的に直線の前記後方部分のフィンと、反復形式の高熱性能形状を有した前記中間部分のフィンとを形成するように、前記分割プレート上に型の反射物である薄板を積み重ねて結合するステップと、
傾斜した前方端部および傾斜した後方端部を形成するように前記前方部分のフィンおよび前記後方部分のフィンを機械加工するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記形成するステップは、第1の型および第2の型を形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記結合するステップは、ろう付けおよび拡散接合の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
