Description
(1) α−CaSiO 3 (擬ウォラストナイトおよびサイクロウォラストナイトとしても知られている)、
(2) 「μ−(Ca,Sr)SiO 3 」として知られる相、および
(3) ワルストロマイト(公称Ca 2 BaSi 3 O 9 であるが、その上、固溶体もあるようである)。
1. 化学的属性:これらの材料は、無アルカリかつ無ホウ素(多くの高温での利用にとって重要である)であり、環境に「やさしく」あり得る(無ホウ素の組成物)。
2. 微構造属性:ゼロまたはほぼゼロの気孔率および高結晶化度。材料中の任意の残留ガラスは、隙間を占め、材料の大半を貫く連続路を形成しないべきである。この後者の特徴は、高温でガラス相を通る陽イオンの移行を最小にし、それによって、基体とフリットとの間のどのような連続反応も抑制するのに特に有益である。この属性は、高温で何時間も耐えなければならないシールやコーティングに関して、特別な利用法であろう。
3. 耐火性:これらの材料の多くは、1200℃まで、さらには1200℃を遙かに超えてまで安定である。
4. 熱膨張:本発明の材料の熱膨張係数は、多くの金属、合金およびセラミックの熱膨張係数に適合するように調整できる。さらに、本発明による材料は、線形の(および同一の)加熱および冷却膨張曲線を有する。曲線には、履歴現象も、湾曲部もない。その上、再現サンプルは、同一の膨張曲線を提供する。本発明の組成物の最小の残留ガラスは、熱サイクル中にガラスセラミック部品の軟化も、永久的な寸法変化もないことを意味する。これは、高温での利用に関して、この材料の別の潜在的な利点である。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を有するガラスセラミック組成物であって、質量パーセント(質量%)で表して、30〜55%のSiO2、5〜40%のCaO、0〜50%のBaO、0.1〜10%のAl2O3、および0〜40%のSrOを含み、
CaO+BaO+SrOの合計が35〜65質量%の範囲にあり、
サイクロケイ酸塩であるワルストロマイト、サイクロウォラストナイトおよびμ−(Ca,Sr)SiO3からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を含有する結晶相を有し、
85〜115×10-7/℃の範囲の熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とするガラスセラミック組成物。 - 0より多く16質量%までのMgO、および0より多く10質量%までのZnOからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の酸化物をさらに含み、CaO+BaO+SrO+MgOの合計が35〜65質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- MgOを0より多く16質量%まで、並びに遷移金属および希土類金属の酸化物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の金属酸化物を0より多く10質量%までさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の金属酸化物が、Nb2O5、Ta2O5、Y2O3、Yb2O3、La2O3、およびFe2O3からなる群より選択される遷移金属または希土類金属の酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を有するガラスセラミック組成物であって、質量パーセント(質量%)で表して、38〜50%のSiO2、20〜40%のCaO、0〜20%のBaO、2〜6%のAl2O3、および0〜25%のSrOを含み、
CaO+BaO+SrOの合計が35〜65質量%の範囲にあり、
サイクロケイ酸塩であるワルストロマイト、サイクロウォラストナイトおよびμ−(Ca,Sr)SiO3からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を含有する結晶相を有し、
85〜115×10-7/℃の範囲の熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とするガラスセラミック組成物。 - 0より多く16質量%までのMgO、および0より多く5質量%までのZnOからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の酸化物をさらに含み、CaO+BaO+SrO+MgOまたはCaO+BaO+SrO+ZnOの合計が35〜65質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項5記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- MgOを0より多く16質量%まで、並びに遷移金属および希土類金属の酸化物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の金属酸化物を0より多く10質量%まで含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の金属酸化物が、Nb2O5、Ta2O5、Y2O3、Yb2O3、La2O3、およびFe2O3からなる群より選択される遷移金属または希土類金属の酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を有するガラスセラミック組成物であって、45〜55%のSiO2、25〜40%のCaO、0〜25%のSrO、3〜6%のAl2O3、および4〜15%のMgOを含み、
CaO+MgOまたはCaO+MgO+SrOの合計が38〜50質量%の範囲にあり、
サイクロケイ酸塩であるワルストロマイト、サイクロウォラストナイトおよびμ−(Ca,Sr)SiO3からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類のサイクロケイ酸塩結晶質成分を含有する結晶相を有することを特徴とするガラスセラミック組成物。 - 4〜8質量%のZnOをさらに含み、CaO+MgOの合計が38〜50質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項9記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- Nb2O5、Ta2O5、Y2O3、Yb2O3、La2O3、およびFe2O3からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の遷移金属または希土類金属の酸化物を0より多く10質量%まで含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
- 前記ガラスセラミック組成物の結晶相が、透揮石、オケルマン石およびハージストン石からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の結晶質成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載のガラスセラミック組成物。
