Description
・ シール材料は、一時的なガラス相の有利な焼結特徴により、低応力密封シールへの経路を提供する。
・ ほぼゼロの気孔率および不連続ガラス相:どの残留ガラスも、隙間を占め、材料の大部分に亘り連続路を形成しない。これにより、高温でのガラス相を通る陽イオンの移行が最小になり、それによって、基体とフリットとの間の任意の連続反応が抑制される。
・ 残留ガラスが最小であるために、熱サイクル中のガラスセラミックシールの軟化または永久的な寸法変化が生じない。
・ シールは、機械的および熱的に安定性である。
・ 結晶化シールの熱膨張は、SOFC構成部材の熱膨張に適合する。
Claims (8)
- ガラス成分および結晶質成分を有するガラスセラミックからなるガラスセラミックシールであって、
前記ガラスセラミックはホウ素を含まず、
該ガラスセラミックの前記結晶質成分が、前記ガラスセラミックシールの50%を超え、前記ガラス成分が50%未満であり、
前記結晶質成分のみについて言うと、該結晶質成分の50質量%より多くが主結晶相からなり、ここで、該主結晶相の結晶が、ワルストロマイト、サイクロウォラストナイト、μ−(Ca,Sr)SiO3、カルシライト、カリオフィライトおよびウォラストナイトからなる群により表される構造から選択される構造を有し、
前記結晶質成分の残りの50%未満が、少なくとも1種類の副結晶相からなり、
前記ガラスセラミックが70〜130×10-7/℃の範囲のCTEを有し、
前記ガラスセラミックが、質量パーセントで表して、30〜50質量%のSiO2、2〜8質量%のAl2O3、10〜40質量%のCaO、および少なくとも1種類の0〜40質量%のSrO、0〜35質量%のBaOまたは0〜10質量%のMgOを含み、アルカリ土類金属酸化物の合計(ΣMO)が40〜60質量%の範囲にある、
ことを特徴とするガラスセラミックシール。 - 前記ガラスセラミックが、>0〜8質量%のZnO、>0〜10質量%のNb2O5、Ta2O5、La2O3、Y2O3、またはSb2O3、もしくはそれらの混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- >0〜6質量%の範囲の量の酸化亜鉛を含有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- 前記ガラスセラミックの前記結晶質成分が75質量%を超え、前記ガラス成分が25質量%未満であり、前記主結晶相が前記結晶質成分の75質量%を超えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- 前記ガラスセラミックの前記結晶質成分が90質量%を超え、前記ガラス成分が10質量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- 前記ガラスセラミックが85〜115×10-7/℃の範囲のCTEを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- 前記結晶質成分が、ワルストロマイト、サイクロウォラストナイトおよびμ−(Ca,Sr)SiO3からなる構造の群から選択される構造を有する、50%を超える主結晶相を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
- 前記副結晶相が、ウォラストナイト、透揮石、頑火揮石、苦土橄欖石およびそれらの固溶体または混合物からなる構造の群から選択される構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミックシール。
