器具200が完全に配備された状態で逆流防止器具200の外周から完全に後退せしめられたオーバーチューブ213を示している(図43)。
ガイドワイヤ212が給送装置の中心内腔内に延びている状態の食道202内に配置された給送カテーテル211を示しており(図44)、
逆流防止器具200の外周から後退して襞が付けられ/折り畳まれた形体を示しているオーバーチューブ213を示しており(図45〜47)、
保持機構205が内腔と内皮とに係合している状態で食道202内に配備されている逆流防止器具200を示しており(図48)、
テーパーが付けられている先端216が逆流防止器具バリア203の中心を通っている状態の配備された器具200及び後退せしめられた給送器具を示している(図49)。
患者は、食物の塊305を咀嚼し且つ飲み込んでいる(図51)。
本発明による利益を得る侵食性胃疾患以外の用途は、胃ガンである。現在の治療は、不快な副作用を起こす毒性の高い化学療法剤によって胃組織を飽和させることを含んでいる。このような薬剤を特別な部位へ配置すること又は狙いを定めることを補助することは、必要とされる投与量を著しく減少させ且つ治療効果を改良するであろう。特に、食道、結腸及び胆管系の癌は、この方法を使用して治療することができる。
Claims (13)
- 胃から食道への逆流を治療するのに適した医療器具であり、
食道と胃との間での物質の通過を補助する開口形体と、閉塞形体との間を動くことができる弁部材と、
該弁部材を食道及び/又は胃に対して支持する管状の支持部材と、を備えており、
前記弁部材は、前記支持部材の内側に向かって径方向に延びている弁膜を備えており、該弁膜はシールされる収縮形体と拡張形体との間を動くことができ、
前記弁部材は粘弾性の擬生物発泡材からなり、
前記弁部材は二方向弁である、
ことを特徴とする医療器具。 - 前記弁部材がポリウレタン材料からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が前記弁部材から遠位方向に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が前記弁部材の近位側へと延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が前記弁部材に対して同軸状に配列されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3又4に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が前記弁部材の周りに同軸状に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療器具。
- 遠位の支持部材と近位の支持部材とを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜6のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材がステントを備えている、請求項3〜7のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が、該医療器具を食道及び/又は胃の壁に係留させる少なくとも1つのアンカー部材を備えている、請求項3〜8のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 前記支持部材が、少なくとも1つの支持リングを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜9のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 食道及び/又は胃の内面の一部分を裏打ちする裏打ち部材を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 食道及び/又は胃の内面に薬剤を供給する構造とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
- 該医療器具を配備位置へ送り込む給送形体と、該医療器具を配備位置に配備させる配備形体とを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の医療器具。
