Claims (10)
- 拡張可能な医療デバイスであって、
第1端部と、第1端部の反対側に位置する第2端部と、第1端部から第2端部まで延びるルーメンを画定する内部表面と、内部表面の反対側に位置する外部表面と、第1端部から第2端部まで延びる中心長手方向軸線とを含む、管状足場であって、間に開口を画定する複数の支柱から形成されており、開口は内部表面から外部表面まで管状足場の壁を貫通して延びる、管状足場と、
管状足場の内側に延びる環状線である、第1の分離点と第2の分離点との間で、管状足場の内部表面からルーメン内へ半径方向内側に延びる可撓性弁と、
管状足場の内部表面に沿って且つ該内部表面と接触して配置されて、前記第1の分離点から管状足場の第1端部まで、且つ、前記第2の分離点から管状足場の第2端部まで前記開口を超えて且つ前記開口に広がって延びるポリマー材料からなる内層であって、可撓性弁は、前記第1の分離点と第2の分離点との間を延びる内層の一部分から形成されており、前記第1の分離点と第2の分離点との間で管状足場から離間している、内層と、
管状足場の外部表面に沿って且つ該外部表面と接触して配置されて、管状足場の第1端部と第2端部との間で前記開口を超えて且つ前記開口に広がって延びるポリマー材料からなる外層と、を含み、
内層及び外層は、隣接する支柱間に画定された前記開口内に延びて、内層が外層と直接接触する接続領域を形成し、接続領域は、前記第1の分離点と管状足場の第1端部との間、及び、前記第2の分離点と管状足場の第2端部との間に延びており、
内層は、前記第1の分離点において外層に対して周方向に取り付けられ、且つ、前記第2の分離点において外層に対して周方向に取り付けられて、前記第1の分離点と第2の分離点との間で管状足場の中心長手方向軸線の周りを周方向に延びる環状チャンバを形成し、環状チャンバは、前記第1の分離点から第2の分離点まで延びる内層の表面と、前記第1の分離点から第2の分離点まで延びる外層の表面とによって境界が定められており、
可撓性弁は、閉鎖構成から開放構成に移行するように構成されている、
拡張可能な医療デバイス。 - 前記可撓性弁が、前記第1の分離点から該可撓性弁の閉鎖点に向かって狭くなっている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記管状足場の第1端部が患者の口に近いほうの端部であり、該管状足場の第2端部が患者の胃に近いほうの端部であり、
前記可撓性弁が、前記第1の分離点の近傍の第1の壁厚と、前記第2の分離点の近傍の第2の壁厚とを更に含み、前記第2の壁厚が前記第1の壁厚よりも厚い、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記環状チャンバには空気が充填されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記環状チャンバには、液体、ゲル、発泡体、及びポリマーを含む群から選択される材料が充填されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性弁が、前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向かって該可撓性弁の閉鎖点を物質が通過できるように構成されており、前記可撓性弁の少なくとも一部分が、前記閉鎖点と第2の分離点との間に位置する該可撓性弁の下向きの面において表面テクスチャを含み、前記表面テクスチャが前記第2端部に向かって延びる少なくとも2つの突起を有しており、前記少なくとも2つの突起が、物質が前記第2端部から前記第1端部に向かって前記可撓性弁の閉鎖点を通って移動するのを妨げるように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性弁の少なくとも一部分が、1種以上の酸中和剤を含むコーティングを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 第2の可撓性弁を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性弁に適用されたコーティングを更に含み、前記コーティングが、該可撓性弁の表面摩擦を最小限にするように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記コーティングがシリコーンコーティングである、請求項9に記載の医療デバイス。
