Claims (20)
- 拡張可能なステントを製造する方法であって、
管状足場のルーメン内にマンドレルを配置することであって、管状足場は、内部表面と、外部表面と、管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで延びる複数のフィラメントとを有しており、複数のフィラメントはその間に複数のアパーチャを画定するように配置されており、複数のアパーチャは管状足場の壁を通って内部表面から外部表面まで延びており、マンドレルはその外部表面から半径方向内側に延びる凹部を有している、マンドレルを配置することと、
材料が前記管状足場の内部表面の半径方向内側にある前記マンドレルの凹部と接触するように、前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることと、
前記マンドレルを取り外すことと、を含む方法。 - 材料を堆積させることが、前記管状足場のルーメン内に材料の内層を形成することを更に含んでおり、材料の内層の一部が、前記管状足場の内部表面の半径方向内側に配置されるとともに該管状足場の内部表面から間隔を隔てた外側表面を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記管状足場の内部表面の半径方向内側に配置されるとともに該管状足場の内部表面から間隔を隔てた前記材料の内層の一部が、前記管状足場の内部表面から半径方向内側に延びる弁を形成する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることが、第1の周方向位置と該管状足場の第1端部との間、及び第2の周方向位置と前記管状足場の第2端部との間において、前記管状足場の内部表面に材料の内層を堆積させることを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記材料の外層を前記管状足場の外部表面に沿って堆積させるとともに、前記第1の周方向位置と第2の周方向位置との間で前記アパーチャに広がって延在させることを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで、該管状足場の外部表面に沿って材料の外層を堆積させることを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記内層が、前記第1の周方向位置において前記外層に周方向に取り付けられるとともに、前記第2の周方向位置において前記外層に周方向に取り付けられて、環状チャンバを形成する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記環状チャンバが、前記管状足場の中心長手方向軸を中心に周方向に延在する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記環状チャンバが、前記材料の内層の外面と、前記第1の周方向位置から前記第2の周方向位置まで延在する前記外層の内面とに囲まれている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記弁が、閉鎖構成と開放構成との間で移行するように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルの凹部が、前記内層の内面の少なくとも一部に表面テクスチャを形成するように構成される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記表面テクスチャが、前記弁の内面の下向き部分のみにある、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記弁の内面の表面テクスチャが、前記内層の外面の反対側にあり、該内層の外面には表面テクスチャがない、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることが、前記アパーチャを通して材料を噴霧することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 拡張可能なステントを製造する方法であって、
管状足場のルーメン内にマンドレルを配置することであって、管状足場は、内部表面と、外部表面と、管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで延びる複数のフィラメントとを有しており、複数のフィラメントはその間に複数のアパーチャを画定するように配置されており、複数のアパーチャは管状足場の壁を通って内部表面から外部表面まで延びており、マンドレルはその外部表面から半径方向内側に延びる凹部を有している、マンドレルを配置することと、
前記管状足場に沿って第1の周方向位置から第2の周方向位置まで材料を堆積させて、材料が前記管状足場の複数のアパーチャにまたがるように堆積されるとともに、前記マンドレルの凹部の少なくとも一部に沿って堆積されて、第1の周方向位置と第2の周方向位置との間に環状チャンバを有する弁を形成することと、
前記マンドレルを取り外すことと、を含む方法。 - 前記管状足場に沿って第1の周方向位置から第2の周方向位置まで材料を堆積させることが、前記アパーチャを通して材料を噴霧することを更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記環状チャンバが、前記凹部に沿って形成される材料の内層の外面と、前記管状足場の複数のアパーチャにまたがる外層の内面とによって囲まれている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルの凹部が、前記弁の内面の下向き部分のみに表面テクスチャを形成するように構成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 食道ステントを製造する方法であって、
管状足場のルーメン内にマンドレルを配置することであって、管状足場は、その壁を貫通する複数のアパーチャを画定するように配置された複数のフィラメントを有しており、マンドレルはその外部表面から半径方向内側に延びる凹部を有している、マンドレルを配置することと、
前記複数のアパーチャを通して前記マンドレルの凹部の表面に材料の第1の層を堆積させることと、
前記管状足場の外部表面の少なくとも一部に材料の第2の層を堆積させることと、
前記マンドレルの凹部の表面上に堆積された前記材料の第1の層の外面が、前記材料の第2の層の内面から離間されて、これら外面と内面との間に環状チャンバを有する弁を形成し、
前記マンドレルを取り外すことと、を含む方法。 - 前記材料の第1の層を堆積させることが、前記複数のアパーチャを通して該材料の第1の層を噴霧することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
