Claims (11)
- 拡張可能な医療デバイスであって、
第1端部と、第2端部と、第1端部から第2端部まで延びる長手方向軸線と、内部表面と、外部表面とを含む、管状足場であって、支柱を有しており、管状足場の壁を貫通する開口又は間隙が隣接する支柱間に画定されている、管状足場と、
管状足場の内部表面から半径方向内側に延びる可撓性弁と、を備えており、
可撓性弁は、管状足場の内部表面の周りを周方向に延びる環状チャンバを有しており、
可撓性弁は、患者の口側に位置する第1の端部と、患者の胃側に位置する第2の端部とを有するとともに、第1の端部付近の第1の壁厚と、第2の端部付近の第2の壁厚とを有しており、第2の壁厚は第1の壁厚よりも厚く、
可撓性弁は、閉鎖構成から開放構成に移行するように構成されている、
拡張可能な医療デバイス。 - 前記管状足場の内部表面に沿って配置された内層を更に含んでおり、内層が、第1の取付位置と第2の取付位置との間で前記支柱間の1つ又は複数の開口又は間隙に広がっている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性弁が、前記第1の取付位置と第2の取付位置との間で前記内層の少なくとも一部から形成されている、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記管状足場の外部表面に沿って配置された外層を更に含んでおり、外層が、前記第1の取付位置と第2の取付位置との間で前記支柱間の1つ又は複数の開口又は間隙に広がっている、請求項2又は3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記環状チャンバが、前記第1の取付位置と第2の取付位置との間で前記内層と外層との間に画定されている、請求項4に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記内層が、前記管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで延びている、請求項4又は5に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記外層が、前記管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで延びている、請求項6に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記内層と外層が、前記管状足場の壁の開口又は間隙内で接触して接続領域を形成する、請求項7に記載の医療デバイス。
- 拡張可能なステントを製造する方法であって、
管状足場のルーメン内にマンドレルを配置することであって、管状足場は、内部表面と、外部表面と、管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで延びる複数のフィラメントとを有しており、複数のフィラメントはその間に複数のアパーチャを画定するように配置されており、複数のアパーチャは管状足場の壁を通って内部表面から外部表面まで延びており、マンドレルはその外部表面から半径方向内側に延びる凹部を有している、マンドレルを配置することと、
材料が前記管状足場の内部表面の半径方向内側にある前記マンドレルの凹部と接触するように、前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることであって、
前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることが、第1の周方向分離位置と該管状足場の第1端部との間、及び第2の周方向分離位置と前記管状足場の第2端部との間において、前記管状足場の内部表面に材料の内層を堆積させることを更に含み、
前記材料の内層の一部が、前記管状足場の内部表面の半径方向内側に配置されるとともに該管状足場の内部表面から間隔を隔てた外面を有することで、前記管状足場の内部表面から半径方向内側に延びる弁を形成し、
前記弁は、患者の口側に位置する第1の端部と、患者の胃側に位置する第2の端部とを有するとともに、第1の端部付近の第1の壁厚と、第2の端部付近の第2の壁厚とを有しており、第2の壁厚は第1の壁厚よりも厚い、前記管状足場のアパーチャを通して材料を堆積させることと、
前記マンドレルを取り外すことと、を含む方法。 - 前記材料の外層を前記管状足場の外部表面に沿って堆積させるとともに、前記第1の周方向分離位置と第2の周方向分離位置との間で前記アパーチャに広がって延在させることを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記材料の外層が、前記管状足場の第1端部から第2端部まで該管状足場の外部表面に沿って延びる、請求項10に記載の方法。
