Claims (5)
- 聴覚刺激装置(100;400)であって、
− 音刺激信号(15)を生成する刺激ユニット(11)であって、前記音刺激信号(15)が患者の耳を通じて取り込まれた場合に、ニューロン集団による、病的に同期した振動性のニューロン活動が前記音刺激信号(15)によって刺激される、前記刺激ユニット(11)、
を備えており、
− 前記音刺激信号(15)が少なくとも第1の周波数および第2の周波数を有し、
− 前記第1の周波数によって、刺激された前記ニューロン集団の第1のサブ集団における前記ニューロン活動の位相がリセットされ、
− 前記第2の周波数によって、刺激された前記ニューロン集団の第2のサブ集団における前記ニューロン活動の位相がリセットされ、
前記音刺激信号(15)によって、刺激された前記ニューロン集団の脱同期がもたらされ、
前記音刺激信号(15)において、前記第1の周波数が、前記第2の周波数に対する時間オフセットの後に現れ、
前記第1のサブ集団における前記ニューロン活動の前記位相と、前記第2のサブ集団における前記ニューロン活動の前記位相とが、異なるタイミングでリセットされる、
聴覚刺激装置(100;400)。 - 前記音刺激信号(15)が、第1の周波数範囲からの第1の混合周波数と、第2の周波数範囲からの第2の混合周波数とを有し、前記第1の周波数が前記第1の混合周波数の中に存在しており、前記第2の周波数が前記第2の混合周波数の中に存在している、
請求項1に記載の聴覚刺激装置(100;400)。 - 前記音刺激信号(15)がN個の周波数または混合周波数から構成されており、前記N個の周波数または混合周波数が、時間オフセットを有するように合成され、連続する2つの周波数または混合周波数の間の前記時間オフセットが、平均して1/(fstim×N)であり、fstimが1〜30Hzの範囲内の周波数である、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の聴覚刺激装置(100;400)。 - 前記周波数fstimが、基本的に、刺激される前記ニューロン集団の病的に同期した振動性の前記ニューロン活動の平均周波数である、
請求項3に記載の聴覚刺激装置(100;400)。 - 前記患者において測定される測定信号(24)を記録する測定ユニット(23)と、
前記刺激ユニット(11)が前記測定信号(24)を前記音刺激信号(15)に変換するように、前記測定信号(24)によって前記刺激ユニット(11)を作動させる制御ユニット(10)と、
をさらに備えている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の聴覚刺激装置(400)。
