Description
先ず、本実施形態におけるタイヤ情報管理システム1の概略構成について説明する。図1は、本実施形態におけるタイヤ情報管理システム1の概略構成を示す図である。
次に、図3及び図4を参照して、本実施形態におけるタイヤ情報管理システム1の動作について説明する。
なお、車両100は、車両100の現在位置及び目的地を所定時間毎にタイヤ情報管理センター300に送信する位置特定部(図示せず)を備えてもよい。この位置特定部は、GPSなどが挙げられる。タイヤ情報管理センター300は、受信した測定値が許容範囲内でない場合には、測定値の送信元の車両100が現在位置から目的地へ向うための複数の走行経路の中から、タイヤに大きな負担が掛かり難い走行経路(例えば、目的地までの距離が短い走行経路、目的地までの路面状態が良い走行経路、タイヤの温度上昇を抑止する走行経路)を選択したり、又はタイヤの内圧調整を実施させるための情報を選択し、測定値の送信元の車両100に対して選択後の走行経路や、タイヤの内圧調整を実施させるための情報を上記劣化抑止情報に含めて送信してもよい。
Claims (10)
- 鉱物資源を運搬する複数の車両のそれぞれに装着されたタイヤの状態を測定するセンサと、前記センサにより出力された測定値を無線により受信するタイヤ情報管理装置とを備え、採鉱現場において用いられるタイヤ情報管理システムであって、
前記車両の現在位置及び目的地を前記タイヤ情報管理装置に送信する位置特定部を備え、
前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、受信した前記測定値が許容範囲内でない場合には、該測定値の送信元の前記車両が前記現在位置から前記目的地へ向うための複数の走行経路の中から、前記タイヤに大きな負担が掛かり難い前記走行経路を選択し、該測定値の送信元の前記車両に対して、前記タイヤの劣化の進行を抑止するための劣化抑止情報に該走行経路を含めて送信し、
前記測定値は、タイヤの内圧値及び温度値を含んでおり、
前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、タイヤ内部にタイヤを冷却するための液体が充填されている場合において、
前記温度値TIと前記内圧値IPと採鉱現場の月の平均気温TAとに基づいて、下記式1によってタイヤ使用時圧力値IP1を計算し、
前記平均気温TAとタイヤの推奨内圧値IPAとに基づいて、下記式2によってタイヤ設定目標内圧IP2を計算し、
前記タイヤ使用時圧力値IP1と前記タイヤ設定目標内圧IP2とを比較して、前記測定値が前記許容範囲内であるか否かを判断する
- 前記劣化抑止情報は、前記タイヤの点検を促す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記劣化抑止情報は、前記車両の積載量を減少させることを促す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記劣化抑止情報は、前記車両の速度を減少させることを促す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記劣化抑止情報は、前記車両のタイヤの内圧調整を促す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、受信した前記測定値が前記許容範囲内でない場合には、前記複数の走行経路の中から、前記目的地までの距離が短い前記走行経路を選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、受信した前記測定値が前記許容範囲内でない場合には、前記複数の走行経路の中から、前記目的地までの路面状態が良い前記走行経路を選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、受信した前記測定値が前記許容範囲内でない場合には、該測定値の時間的変化に基づいてタイヤの点検予測時期を算出し、前記測定値の送信元の前記車両を点検する整備工場に対して前記点検予測時期を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
- 前記測定値は、タイヤの内圧値及び温度値を含んでおり、
前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、受信した前記測定値に含まれている前記温度値が許容範囲内でない場合には、該測定値に含まれている前記内圧値が異常であると判定し、該測定値の送信元の前記車両に対して前記劣化抑止情報を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。 - 前記許容範囲は、前記タイヤが故障する可能性の高い特定許容値を含んでおり、
前記タイヤ情報管理装置は、
受信した前記測定値が前記特定許容値に達した場合には、該測定値の送信元の前記車両が前記現在位置から前記目的地へ向うための複数の走行経路の中から、前記タイヤに大きな負担が掛かり難い走行経路を選択し、
前記測定値の送信元の前記車両に対して、選択した前記走行経路を示す走行経路情報を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報管理システム。
