Description
強靭鋼及び/又は高強靭鋼製のブランクをプレス硬化及びテンパード成形する方法であって、テンパリング手段を有する成形ツールを使用して、ブランクを成形前に加熱して、次に成形ツール中で熱間成形(warm umformen)する、前記方法に関する。
成形ツールをテンパリングする複数の制御可能な手段を前記成形ツール中に備えており、前記手段によって複数の温度域を成形ツール中でテンパリングすることができ、ここで、成形で使用される成形ツールエレメントの少なくとも接触表面が個々の温度域に割り当てられる、一般的な成形ツールによって達成される。
Claims (9)
- 強靭鋼及び/又は高強靭鋼製のブランクをプレス硬化及びテンパード成形する方法であって、
ここで、ブランクをその成形前に少なくともオーステナイト化温度まで加熱して、次にテンパリング手段を有する成形ツール中で熱間成形するものとし、
前記方法において、
成形用の成形ツール中に備えられている成形ツールエレメントの接触表面によってブランクを成形することを特徴とし、
ここで、前記成形ツール中に備えられている複数の温度域へ前記接触表面が、少なくとも部分的に割り当てられ、そして、テンパリング手段によって、成形ツールの複数の温度域を成形の間で予め規定された温度値へそれぞれテンパリングするものとし、前記ブランクの冷却態様を、前記成形ツールの表面圧力によって少なくとも部分的に調節するものとする、前記方法。 - 成形ツール中の温度域が、成形の間で、均一な又は異なる温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形ツール中の個々の温度域の温度が、成形の間で、最大650℃の温度を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 成形ツール中の温度域少なくとも1つの温度が、200℃を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 温度域少なくとも1つの温度が、200℃を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- マンガンボロン鋼を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブランクが表面コーティングを有し、酸化物形成に対する保護が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱されたブランクと、テンパードツールの接触表面との間の温度差を、50〜650℃の間、好ましくは、100〜350℃に設定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 合金タイプ22MnB5のマンガンボロン鋼を使用することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
