Description
Claims (5)
- 前方が開口したランプボディと該前方開口部に取り付けられた透明な前面カバーとで形成された灯室内に、半導体発光素子と、前記半導体発光素子の前方に配置されたインナーレンズとを備えた車両用灯具であって、
前記インナーレンズは、
前記半導体発光素子からの光を水平方向および鉛直方向に拡散させる第1光制御部と、
前記第1光制御部の左側と右側とにそれぞれ配置され、前記半導体発光素子からの光を所定の方向に反射させる反射面を有する第2光制御部と、
前記第1光制御部の鉛直方向上側と下側とにそれぞれ配置され、前記半導体発光素子からの光を所定の方向に反射させる反射面を有する第3光制御部と、
を備え、
前記第1光制御部は、水平方向に横長に広がる第1配光パターンを形成し、
前記第2光制御部は、前記第1配光パターンよりも水平方向および鉛直方向の広がりが小さい第2配光パターンを形成し、
前記第1光制御部の上側および下側の第3光制御部の一方は、水平方向に横長、且つ鉛直方向の広がりが前記第1配光パターンより小さく、且つ水平線よりも下方に広がる第3配光パターンを形成する、
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記第1光制御部は、左右方向に延びるシリンドリカルレンズ形状を有し、前記半導体発光素子からの光を水平方向および水平線に対して上下方向に拡散することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記第1光制御部の上側および下側の第3光制御部は、反射面の形状が異なり、
前記第1光制御部の上側および下側の第3光制御部の他方は、水平方向に横長、且つ鉛直方向の広がりが前記第3配光パターンより大きく、且つ水平線に対して上下方向に広がる第4配光パターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。 - バックアップランプとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記半導体発光素子は、給電部材上に搭載されており、該給電部材は、前記半導体発光素子から発生した熱を放熱するヒートシンク上に搭載されており、
前記インナーレンズは、前記給電部材および/または前記ヒートシンクを位置決めする位置決め部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
