Description
Claims (13)
- 基板上に配置された複数の有機電子デバイスであって、複数の有機電子デバイスのそれぞれが第1の電極および第2の電極を備え、かつ複数の有機電子デバイスのそれぞれが直列に電気的に結合されている複数の有機電子デバイスと、
前記複数の有機電子デバイスのそれぞれの前記第1および第2の電極の間に配置された電気活性材料と、
前記基板上に配置された相互接続層であって、相互接続層が、上記複数の有機電子デバイスのそれぞれの第1の電極および第2の電極の一方を、上記複数の有機電子デバイスの隣の有機電子デバイスの第1の電極および第2の電極の他方と接続する直列接続によって、前記複数の有機電子デバイスのそれぞれを直列に電気的に接続するように構成されているとともに、前記直列接続が前記基板の平面と平行な平面で達成される相互接続層と
を備えており、前記第1の電極および第2の電極がそれぞれパターン形成されており、
前記電気活性材料が前記複数の有機電子デバイスの間に延びている、デバイス。 - 前記電気活性材料がポリマーを含む、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電極のそれぞれが陽極であり、前記第2の電極のそれぞれが陰極である、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電極のそれぞれが、デバイスによって放出、吸収または変調される光或いはそれらの組合せの光に対して透過性である第1の導電性材料を備える、請求項3記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の導電性材料が酸化インジウムスズを含む、請求項4記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の電極のそれぞれが、デバイスによって放出、吸収または変調される光或いはそれらの組合せの光に対して透過性である第2の導電性材料を備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の導電性材料が透明導電体を備える、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の導電性材料が透明導電体または金属のうちの1つを備える、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記有機電子デバイスのそれぞれが、有機発光デバイス、有機光電池、有機エレクトロクロミックデバイス、有機センサ、またはそれらの組合せのうちの1つを備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記基板が可撓性の基板を備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記相互接続層が、導電性セラミック、金属、導電性有機材料またはそれらの組合せのうちの1つを備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気活性材料が、有機発光材料、有機光吸収材料、有機エレクトロクロモフォア、またはそれらの組合せのうちの1つを備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電極と第2の電極とが異なる材料からなる、請求項1記載のデバイス。
