Claims (12)
- TFT基板と、前記TFT基板上の第1電極と、前記第1電極と対向する第2電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極間に介在された有機層とを含み、
前記第1電極は、第1元素及びNiを含んだAl系反射膜と、前記Al系反射膜上であって前記Al系反射膜に接触して形成された透明導電性膜とを含み、
前記第1元素は、La、Ce、Pr、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm及びLuからなる群から選択された一つ以上の元素であり、
前記第1電極が金属層をさらに含み、前記金属層は、前記Al系反射膜の前記透明導電性膜と接触する面と対向する面に接触して形成され、
前記金属層がMo、W、Ti、Pd、Pt及びAuからなる群から選択された一つ以上の金属を含む有機発光素子。 - 前記Al系反射膜が、AlxNi相(ここで、xは、2.5ないし3.5である)を含んだことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記AlxNi相(ここで、xは、2.5ないし3.5である)が前記透明導電性膜と接触したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記xが3であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記Al系反射膜の前記透明導電性膜に向き合う一面に、Niに富む酸化物層が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記Al系反射膜のNiの含有量が0.6重量%ないし5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1元素がLaを含んだことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1元素の含有量が、0.1重量%ないし3重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記Al系反射膜の厚みが、50nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記透明導電性膜が、ITO、IZO、酸化スズ(SnO2)または酸化亜鉛(ZnO)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記透明導電性膜の厚みが、5nmないし100nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機層が発光層を含み、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層からなる群から選択された一層以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
