Claims (9)
- 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 반사막 및 투명 전극층으로 이루어지는 화소 전극과;상기 화소 전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 개구부를 구비하는 화소 정의막과;상기 개구부 상에 형성된 유기막과;상기 절연 기판 전면에 형성된 상부 전극을 포함하며,상기 반사막은 상기 투명 전극층과 산화-환원 포텐셜 차이가 0.3 이하인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사막은 Al-Ni 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 반사막은 Ni 함량이 0을 초과하고 10% 이하인 Al-Ni 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극층은 ITO 또는 IZO로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기막은 발광층(EML)을 포함하며,발광층, 정공 주입층(HIL), 정공 전달층(HTL), 정공 저지층(HBL), 전자 수송층(ETL), 전자 주입층(EIL) 중 적어도 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연 기판은 유리 기판 또는 플라스틱 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 절연 기판 상에 반사막 및 투명 전극층을 순차적으로 적층하는 단계와;상기 반사막 및 투명 전극층을 동시에 패터닝하여 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소 전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 개구부를 구비하는 화소 정의막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 개구부 상에 유기막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 절연 기판 전면에 상부 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 반사막은 상기 투명 전극층과 산화-환원 포텐셜 차이가 0.3 이하인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 반사막은 Al-Ni 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 반사막은 RF 스퍼터링, DC 스퍼터링, 이온빔 스퍼터링 또는 진공 증착 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
