Description
Claims (3)
- 燃料電池と、
燃料ガス供給部と、
前記燃料電池と前記燃料ガス供給部とを接続する燃料供給路と、
前記燃料ガス供給部から前記燃料供給路への燃料ガスの供給と遮断とを切替える遮断弁と、
前記遮断弁と前記燃料電池間の前記燃料供給路に設けられて、下流側の圧力を上流側よりも減少させる減圧弁と、
前記減圧弁と該燃料電池との間の前記燃料供給路に設けられた前記燃料電池の作動用の補機とを備えた燃料電池システムであって、
前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路内の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記減圧弁の下流側の燃料供給路内の圧力を減圧する圧抜き部と、
前記圧力センサの検出圧力が所定の判定圧力を超えたときに、前記圧抜き部により、前記減圧弁の下流側の燃料供給路内の圧力を減少させ、前記燃料電池を起動させるときに、前記圧力センサの検出圧力が前記判定圧力を超えているか否かを判断する制御部と
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御部は、前記燃料電池を起動させるときに、前記圧力センサの検出圧力が前記判定圧力を超えているときには、前記圧抜き部により、前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路の圧力を前記判定圧力以下まで減少させた後に、前記遮断弁の開弁と、前記補機の作動をさせて前記燃料電池を起動させることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記圧抜き部は、前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路に設けられて、前記燃料供給路を前記判定圧力よりも圧力が低い低圧箇所に連通した状態と該低圧箇所から遮断した状態とに切替える低圧開放弁であり、前記制御部は、前記低圧開放弁を開弁することによって、前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路内の圧力を低下させ、
前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路に設けられて、前記減圧弁の下流側の前記燃料供給路内の圧力が、前記判定圧力よりも高く設定された上限圧力を超えたときに、閉弁状態から開弁状態に切替わって、前記燃料供給路を前記低圧箇所に連通させる感圧応動弁を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
