Claims (11)
- 1つ以上の部品(1)の孔(5)を貫通して突出するボルト(7)によって、前記少なくとも1つの部品(1)を基本部品(3)に取り外し不能に固定するための方法であって、最初に、前記ボルト(7)の一方の端面(9)が前記基本部品(3)の表面(10)に電気溶接され、それに続いて、前記ボルトが塑性変形される方法において、
前記部品(1)が、前記基本部品(3)に面する表面(21)において、前記孔(5)の近傍に前記ボルト(7)の前記端面(9)が前記基本部品(3)の前記表面(10)に溶接されたときに発生するスパッタが収容される凹部(23)を有するものであり、頭部(15)を有する前記ボルト(7)の軸部(13)は、前記頭部(15)の下側(17)が前記部品(1)の表面(11)の領域に位置するまで据え込み加工されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ボルト(7)の前記軸部(13)が、前記端面(9)を溶接した後の短い時間間隔の後に印加される第2の電気パルスによって加熱され、それと同時に据え込み加工されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- プロジェクション溶接方法が溶接のために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(7)の前記軸部(13)が、前記孔(5)を周方向領域において完全に埋めるように据え込み加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(7)が溶接電極と共に前記孔(5)に差し込まれ、前記溶接電極に、前記ボルトが強固に、しかし取り外し可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が溶接プレス機で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の部品(1)と基本部品(3)との取り外し不能な接続部(18)であって、前記1つ以上の部品(1)が、ボルト(7)が貫通して突出する孔(5)を有し、前記ボルトの端面(9)が前記基本部品(3)の表面(10)に溶接され、前記ボルトが塑性変形される、取り外し不能な接続部(18)において、
前記部品(1)が、前記基本部品(3)に面する表面(21)において、前記孔(5)の近傍に前記ボルト(7)の前記端面(9)が前記基本部品(3)の前記表面(10)に溶接されたときに発生するスパッタが収容される凹部(23)を有するものであり、前記ボルト(7)が、前記基本部品(3)の反対側に頭部(15)を有し、前記孔(5)が、塑性変形前に前記ボルト(7)の軸部(13)よりも大きい直径を有することを特徴とする取り外し不能な接続部(18)。 - 前記孔(5)が、前記基本部品(3)から離れるにつれ大きくなる直径を有する円錐形状を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接続部。
- 前記ボルト(7)の前記頭部(15)が、前記部品(1)に面する下側(17)に、一体成形された周囲シールリング(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の接続部。
- 前記基本部品(3)の隣に配置された前記部品(1)が、一体成形された周囲シールリングを前記表面(11)に有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の接続部。
- 自動車のトルクコンバータ(35)のロックアップクラッチ(33)用のピストン(30)のガイド(31)を前記トルクコンバータ(35)のカバー(37)に取り外し不能に接続するための請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法の利用。
