Claims (6)
- 上、下部中央にスプライン軸結合部(11)およびカッター作動部(12)が連通形成された面取り機本体(10)と、
前記スプライン軸結合部(11)に上下移動可能に螺合され、上部外周縁に第1スプライン(21)が形成された移動スプライン軸(20)と、
前記移動スプライン軸(20)の外側を囲み上下にスライド移動するように内周縁に形成された第2スプライン(31)が前記第1スプライン(21)と相互スプライン結合される面取り量調節具(30)と、
前記面取り量調節具(30)の上部に形成されたガイド溝(32)に挿入された状態で移動スプライン軸(20)の上段に一体に付着されるスプリングハウジング(40)と、
前記スプリングハウジング(40)の内面および面取り量調節具(30)のガイド溝(32)の間に介在した弾性スプリング(50)と、
前記面取り量調節具(30)の底面に周方向に沿って形成された多数の固定溝(60)と、
前記スプライン軸結合部(11)の外側上部面(15)に周方向に沿って設置され、選択的に固定溝(60)に挟まれて面取り量調節具(30)の位置を固定させてロッキングを維持する位置設定ピン(70)と、
前記移動スプライン軸(20)の内部に回転可能に設置されたスリーブ軸(80)と、
前記カッター作動部(12)の下部に挿設されたベアリングハウジング(110)に回転可能に設置され、前記スリーブ軸(80)の下段部に一体化連結されてスリーブ軸(80)と連動して回転および上下移動する移動カッター軸(90)と、
前記移動カッター軸(90)の外側に挿入され、動力軸(121)の回転動力を移動カッター軸(90)に伝達するように移動カッター軸(90)に形成された第3スプライン(91)とスプライン結合されるスパイラルベベルギア(100)からなることを特徴とするワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。 - 面取り機本体(10)の背面(13)にはカッター作動部(12)と外部に連通した動力入力部(14)が形成され、前記動力入力部(14)に動力発生装置(120)の動力軸(121)が挿入され、前記動力軸(121)に設置されたメインベベルギア(122)はスパイラルベベルギア(100)と歯合設置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。
- 移動カッター軸(90)はスリーブ軸(80)の下段部に挿入され、前記スリーブ軸(80)の上部から内部を貫通する締結部材(83)と螺合され、前記スリーブ軸(80)の上部外周縁に挟設されたスナップリング(82)は移動カッター軸(90)およびスリーブ軸(80)の荷重を受けて分離することを防ぐように前記スリーブ軸(80)の上段に締結部材(83)により貫通状態で挟設された抜止めキャップ(85)の底面に近接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。
- ベアリングハウジング(110)は中央に挟設されたスペーサー(111)の上下に各々ベアリング(112)が挟設され、前記上下ベアリング(112)に各々スパイラルベベルギア(100)および移動カッター軸(90)が回転可能に支持されて、前記ベアリングハウジング(110)の下段には移動カッター軸(90)を回転可能に囲みベアリング(112)の離脱を防ぐストッパー(115)が挟設されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。
- 位置設定ピン(70)は下部にネジ部(71)が形成され、前記ネジ部(71)はスプライン軸結合部(11)の外側上部面(15)に形成されたネジ穴(72)に分離可能に螺合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。
- 面取り機本体(10)の下部にはビード面傾斜調節装置(130)が追加で装着される一方、
前記ビード面傾斜調節装置(130)は面取り機本体(10)の下部両側面に支持板(131)が付着され、前記支持板(131)の外面には一対のローテータ(132)が密着し、前記ローテータ(132)に周方向に沿って形成された調節長穴(133)を貫通する回転角調節具(134)は支持板(131)に螺合され、前記ローテータ(132)の下段には一対の直進ガイド板(135)が直角状態で一体化して付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワンタッチ式面取り量調節が可能な溶接ビード面加工用面取り機。
