Description
プラスチックバッグは一般的に、切断されたプラスチックシートから作られる。多くの場合、レーザはプラスチックシートを切断してそれらを一緒に溶接するために利用される。具体的には、プラスチック材料を溶接して切断するために、炭酸ガスレーザが概ね広く利用されている。この構成(10.6μm)において生成されるレーザエネルギの急速な吸収は、この応用分野に対してこれを効率的なシステムにする。焦点とレーザの停止時間を変化させることにより、熱可塑性材料を切断し、マークを付け、あるいは溶接することが可能であることが知られている。
1)切断や溶接作業中にフィルムが移動できないように、フィルムを固定するための真空を付与するために、プラテン103の貫通穴が使用される。
4)プラテン103は、2つのシート状のフィルム101,102の間に空気溜まりができるのを防ぐ。プラテン103は、切断作業中に生成される蒸発したプラスチック蒸気(fume)が吹き流されるように、各切断輪郭409の下に溝409を有している。支持プラテンの上側板405は高密度ポリプロピレンのような、熱可塑性プラスチックから作られている。この材料は、プラスチックフィルムの切断や溶接のために使用されるのと同じレーザ105によって切断され穴あけされることができる。このように、特別のプラテンを何れかの寸法のバッグのために迅速に作ることができる。固定具は不要である。プラテン103と製造されるべきバッグの相対的な大きさに応じて、単一のプラテンで複数のバッグを作ることができる。
Claims (15)
- プラスチック容器を形成する方法であって、
切断輪郭と、上面のこの切断輪郭の溝とこの溝に接続された複数の排気ポートとを有する支持プラテンであって、複数の離れた貫通穴が支持プラテンの上面にあり、溝が切断輪郭を画成するように構成された支持プラテンを設け、
第1フィルムを支持プラテンの上面に配置し、
支持プラテンの上面の切断輪郭に沿って第1フィルムを切断するためにレーザを照射し、
第1フィルムの上に第2フィルムを配置し、
第1フィルムを支持プラテンに固定するために複数の排気ポートと複数の離れた貫通穴を真空源に接続し、
第1フィルムと第2フィルムとを溶接するために、溶接の間レーザからのビームと同軸に、継ぎ目において第2フィルムが第1フィルムに接触するのを維持するようにガス噴流を第2フィルムの溝の位置に向け、
継ぎ目輪郭に沿って第1フィルムと第2フィルムを溶接すためにレーザと支持プラテンとを相互に移動させ、
仕上げられたバッグを提供するために、切断輪郭に沿って第1フィルムと第2フィルムを切断するためにレーザを照射する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 容器の切断輪郭を形成するために、第1フィルムと第2フィルムとを切断するために、レーザと支持プラテンとを相互に移動させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザと支持プラテンとの間の距離は、焦点を結んだ切断と焦点がぼかされた溶接との間で切り替えのために変更される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持プラテンはくぼみを備えており、さらに前記くぼみにポート取付け具を配置し、支持プラテン上のポート取付け具の上に第1フィルムを配置し、第1フィルムに取付け具を溶接するためにレーザと支持プラテンとを相互の移動させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、第1フィルムにポート取付け具を溶接するためにレーザを制御し、ポート取付け溶接部によって囲まれる開口を形成するために第1フィルムを切断するためにレーザを制御する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 更に、開口に対して傾斜する傾斜面としての取付け具溶接部を形成するためにレーザを制御する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 更に、溝において前記第1フィルムと第2フィルムとを溶接するために、レーザと支持プラテンとを相互に三次元移動させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、更に、
溝と複数の排気ポートを有する輪郭を支持プラテンに形成し、
支持プラテンの内側部分に複数の第1穴を設け、
第1フィルムの外側部分はレーザによって蒸発させられるように構成され、溝と複数の排気ポートに向かって吸引され、
第1フィルムの余剰部を取り除き、
第1及び第2フィルムを互いに溶接するために、第2フィルムへのレーザの焦点をぼかすことを含み、前記ガス噴流は高速空気であり、そして
継ぎ目輪郭に沿った所望の経路に沿ってレーザを移動させ、レーザは溝の上での溶接領域において第1フィルムと第2フィルムとの間に溶接部を形成するようにされ、高速空気は溶接領域を冷却するようにされる、方法。 - 更に、ガンマ線照射を用いてバッグを滅菌する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 容器を形成するためのシステムであって、
溝と複数の排気ポートを有する切断輪郭を備える支持プラテンであって、複数の第1穴を有する内側部分を備える支持プラテンと、
支持プラテン上に設けられた第1フィルムであって、複数の第1穴によって支持プラテンへ固定されるように構成されている第1フィルムと、
レーザを備えているガントリーに接続されたコントローラであって、ガントリーは第1フィルムおよび支持プラテンの上に配置されているコントローラと、
支持プラテン上の切断輪郭に沿って第1フィルムを切断するように構成されたレーザと、
ガントリーと第1フィルムとの間の第1フィルム上へ配置される第2フィルムと、
第2フィルムへのレーザの焦点をぼかすように構成されたコントローラとを備えており、高速空気がレーザからのビームと同軸で継ぎ目輪郭に向けられ、
コントローラは継ぎ目輪郭に沿ってレーザを動かすように構成され、レーザは溶接領域の継ぎ目輪郭で溶接部を形成するように構成され、高速ガスは溶接領域を冷却するように構成されている、システム。 - 支持プラテンは中間板によって支持されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
