Claims (4)
- Znが25〜45質量%、Siが0.3〜2.0質量%、Mnが1.5〜6.0質量%、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物からなる銅合金によって構成し、回転軸を支承する円筒形状に形成された内燃機関用過給機のすべり軸受において、
前記銅合金のマトリクス中には、前記すべり軸受の摺動面における前記回転軸の軸線方向に伸張する晶出型Mn−Si系化合物を分散させており、前記晶出型Mn−Si系化合物の平均粒子間距離を20〜80μmとすることを特徴とする内燃機関用過給機のすべり軸受。 - 前記銅合金のマトリクス中には、前記晶出型Mn−Si系化合物に加えて析出型Mn−Si系化合物を分散させており、前記晶出型Mn−Si系化合物及び前記析出型Mn−Si系化合物を含むMn−Si系化合物の平均粒子間距離を5〜30μmとすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関用過給機のすべり軸受。
- 前記銅合金は、さらにFe、Al、Ni、Sn、Cr、Ti、Mo、Co、Zr、Sbより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で5質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の内燃機関用過給機のすべり軸受。
- 前記銅合金は、さらにPb、Biより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で5質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関用過給機のすべり軸受。
