Claims (20)
- 複数の二次電池、および
第1素材を有する前記複数の二次電池のうちの第1二次電池の第1端子と、前記第1素材とは異なる第2素材を有する前記複数の二次電池のうちの第2二次電池の第2端子を連結する連結部材、
を含み、
前記連結部材は、
前記第1素材を含んで前記第1端子に連結する第1部分と、
前記第2素材を含んで前記第2端子に連結する第2部分と、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分を連結する溶接部と、
を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は摩擦攪拌溶接によって形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部はスポット溶接を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1素材はアルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2素材は銅を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分は、第1連結バーと、前記第1連結バーから延長する第1突起とを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分は、第2連結バーと、前記第2連結バーから延長する第2突起とを含み、
前記第1突起と前記第2突起は互いに重なって重畳部を形成し、
前記重畳部は前記溶接部を含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1突起は前記第1連結バーよりもさらに薄く形成され、前記第2突起は前記第2連結バーよりもさらに薄く形成され、
前記第1連結バー、第2連結バー、および前記重畳部は実質的に同じ厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1部分と第2部分は板形状からなり、
前記第1突起は前記第1連結バーの平面に平行する平面に形成される折曲部であり、
前記折曲部は前記第2部分の一部と重なって重畳部を形成し、
前記重畳部は前記溶接部を含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1連結バーと第2連結バーは同一平面上に位置し、
前記連結部材は前記第1連結バーまたは前記第2連結バーにおいてよりも前記重畳部においてさらに厚く形成される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1部分と前記第2部分は板形状からなって同一平面上に位置し、
前記第1部分の一側と前記第2部分の一側が互いに接触する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は、前記第1部分の前記一側と前記第2部分の前記一側が接触する部分に線溶接される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1端子と前記第2端子は板形状からなり、
前記第1部分は前記第1端子に溶接され、前記第2部分は前記第2端子に溶接される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1端子と前記第2端子は円柱形状からなり、外側面にねじ加工されており、
前記連結部材の前記第1部分と前記第2部分はそれぞれ前記第1端子と前記第2端子を収容する端子ホールを備え、
締結ナットが前記連結部材を前記第1端子と前記第2端子それぞれに連結する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は、前記第1素材と前記第2素材の混合物を含むナゲット部を含み、
前記ナゲット部は、前記第1部分を前記第2部分と固体状態で混合させて混合物質を形成し、前記混合物質の動的再結晶化によってなされる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記連結部材の前記第1部分と前記第2部分は互いに接触し、
前記ナゲット部は前記第1部分と前記第2部分の接触面を横切る、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は、前記ナゲット部周囲に前記第1素材と前記第2素材の部分的再結晶化および焼成変形によって形成される熱‐機械的影響部と、
前記熱‐機械的影響部周囲に斜線形状の結晶粒を有する熱影響部とを含む、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記溶接部は、前記連結部材の表面から陥没した溶接溝を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 第1二次電池の第1端子と第2二次電池の第2端子を連結する方法であって、
前記第1端子と同じ素材である第1素材を含む第1連結部を提供する段階と、
前記第2端子と同じ素材であって前記第1素材とは異なる第2素材を含む第2連結部を提供する段階と、
摩擦攪拌溶接によって前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部を連結する溶接部を形成する段階と、
前記第1連結部を前記第1端子に連結し、前記第2連結部を前記第2端子に連結する段階と、
を含む、二次電池の端子連結方法。 - 前記摩擦攪拌溶接は、前記第1連結部を前記第2連結部と固体状態で混合させて混合物質を形成し、前記混合物質の動的再結晶化によって形成される前記第1素材と前記第2素材の混合物を含むナゲット部を形成する、請求項19に記載の二次電池の端子連結方法。
