Claims (18)
- 複数の二次電池と、
前記複数の二次電池のうちの1の第1端子と、前記複数の二次電池のうちの他の1の第2端子とを連結する連結部材と
を備え、
前記連結部材は、第1素材からなる前記第1端子と溶接部により連結され、前記第1素材とは異なる第2素材からなる前記第2端子と溶接部により連結され、
前記溶接部のうちの1以上は、前記連結部材をなす素材と前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの対応するいずれか1つをなす素材の混合物を含むナゲット部を有し、
前記溶接部のうちの1以上は摩擦攪拌溶接によって形成され、
前記ナゲット部は、前記連結部材を前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの対応する1つと固体状態で混合させて混合物質を形成し、前記混合物質の動的再結晶化によって形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1素材はアルミニウムからなる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2素材は銅からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材は前記第1素材または前記第2素材からなる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部は、前記連結部材と前記第1端子を連結する1以上のスポット溶接と、前記連結部材と前記第2端子を連結する1以上のスポット溶接とを有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1端子、前記第2端子、および前記連結部材は板形状からなる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材は前記第1端子上と前記第2端子上に位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部は、前記連結部材の前記第1端子および前記第2端子と対向する面とは反対面に形成されるスポット溶接を有する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材は前記第1端子および前記第2端子と接触し、前記溶接部は前記連結部材と前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの1つが接触する部分に線状に形成される、請求項7または8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1端子と前記第2端子のうちの1以上は突起を有し、前記連結部材は前記突起を収容するように形成された溝を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部は、前記連結部材の前記第1端子および前記第2端子と対向する面とは反対面に形成されるスポット溶接を有する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記スポット溶接のうちの1つは前記対応する突起および前記対応する溝と整列される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナゲット部は、前記連結部材を前記突起と固体状態で混合させて混合物質を形成し、前記混合物質の動的再結晶化によって形成される、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナゲット部の周囲に、前記連結部材と前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの対応する1つと部分的再結晶化および焼成変形によって形成される熱‐機械的影響部と、前記熱‐機械的影響部の周囲に、斜線形状の結晶粒を有する熱影響部を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部のそれぞれは表面と前記表面から陥没した溶接溝を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材は前記第1端子と前記第2端子のうちの対応する1つと接触し、
前記ナゲット部は前記連結部材と前記第1端子および前記第2端子のうちの対応する1つの接触面を横切って形成される、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 第1二次電池の第1端子と第2二次電池の第2端子を連結する方法であって、
前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの1つをなす素材と異なる素材を含む連結部材を準備する段階と、
前記連結部材を前記第1端子および前記第2端子のそれぞれに溶接してそれぞれの溶接部を形成する段階と
を備え、
前記連結部材と前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの1つの間の溶接部は摩擦攪拌溶接によって形成される、二次電池の端子連結方法。 - 前記摩擦攪拌溶接は、前記連結部材を前記第1端子または前記第2端子のうちの対応する1つと固体状態で混合させて混合物質を形成し、前記混合物質の動的再結晶化によってナゲット部を形成する、請求項17に記載の二次電池の端子連結方法。
