Description
1083<Ni:1455<Fe:1539℃)、割れのない良好な極薄いCu/Feの混合層が形成し、良好な溶接品質及び引張強度の高い溶接部を得ることができる。鋼製の正極部6又は負極部7(下板側)の裏表面がNiメッキ処理されていれば、上板側の接続金属板3が銅製のまま(Niメッキなし)でも、或いはNiメッキありでも、アーク溶接による異材溶接が各々施工可能であり、割れのない品質良好な溶接部を得ることができる。
Claims (6)
- 複数個の単電池を収納ケースに一列又は複数列に収納し、複数個の前記単電池の極間を板厚が0.4mm以上1.5mm以下の銅製の接続金属板によって連結する組電池において、
前記単電池の正極部又は負極部は、表裏面に厚み1μm以上10μm以下のニッケルメッキが施された板厚が0.4mm以上1.5mm以下の鋼又は低炭素鋼であり、
前記接続金属板は、単電池の正極部と前記単電池に隣接する他の単電池の負極部との両面に前記接続金属板を配置し、前記接続金属板の片方と前記正極部との重ね継手、前記接続金属板の他方と前記負極部との重ね継手がアークスポット溶接によって各々溶接されており、前記接続金属板の表面から単電池の正極部又は負極部への溶け込み深さが、0.1mm以上かつ前記板厚の4/5以下であることを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記接続金属板が、銅板又は表裏面をニッケルメッキされた銅板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記接続金属板の表面には、前記単電池の正極部に接続する箇所と他の単電池の負極部に接続する箇所とに分けて前記アークスポット溶接が1点ずつ又は2点ずつ施工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記接続金属板は、前記アークスポット溶接の位置より前記接続金属板の中心側に2つ以上の曲がり部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記接続金属板と、前記正極部又は前記負極部との溶接部の接合面積が、5〜8mm2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 複数個の単電池を収納ケースに一列又は複数列に収納し、複数個の前記単電池の極間を板厚が0.4mm以上1.5mm以下の銅製の接続金属板によって溶接接続する組電池の製造方法において、
前記単電池の正極部及び負極部は、表裏面に厚み1μm以上10μm以下のニッケルメッキが施された板厚が0.4mm以上1.5mm以下の鋼又は低炭素鋼であり、
前記接続金属板を、単電池の正極部と隣接する他の単電池の負極部との両面に配置し、前記接続金属板の一方と前記正極部との重ね継手、及び、前記接続金属板の他方と前記負極部との重ね継手を、前記正極部及び前記負極部の肉厚裏側まで溶かさない溶け込みとなる溶接条件又はこれに相当する入熱条件を用い、非消耗性のタングステン電極を用いるアークスポット溶接によって、前記接続金属板の表面から単電池の正極部又は負極部への溶け込み深さが、0.1mm以上かつ前記板厚の4/5以下であるように溶融接合することを特徴とする組電池の製造方法。
