広葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)50質量%と針葉樹晒クラフトパルプ(NBKP)50質量%とを配合した後に、フリーネスを300ccに調整した表層用の原料パルプに、硫酸バンドを0.5質量%、サイズ剤(商品名:R−22、近代化学株式会社製)を固形分換算で1質量%、乾燥紙力増強剤(商品名:ハーマイドRB−33、ハリマ化成株式会社製)を固形分換算で0.5質量%添加して表層及び裏層用の原料スラリーを調製した。
NBKP50質量%と、LBKP40質量%と、機械パルプ10質量%とを配合して成るクラフト古紙パルプ100質量%を溶解し、フリーネスを350ccに調整した中層12及び13用の原料パルプに、硫酸バンドを0.2質量%、サイズ剤(商品名:R−22、近代化学株式会社製)を固形分換算で0.5質量%、乾燥紙力増強剤(商品名:ハーマイドRB−33、ハリマ化成株式会社製)を固形分換算で0.7質量%、熱溶融性繊維(クラレ社製ソフィットN720)を4質量%添加し、中層12、13の原料スラリーを調製した。
◎:3mm未満の割れが1〜2個ある
○:3mm以上5mm未満の割れが1〜2個ある
△:3mm以上5mm未満の割れが3〜4個ある
×:5mm以上の割れが多数ある
◎:全く裏層の影響を受けていないと10人が判断した。
○:裏層の影響を受けていないと8人が判断した。
△:裏層の影響を受けていると5人が判断した。
×:裏層の影響を明らかに受けていると8人が判断した。
◎:ろ紙上に熱発泡性粒子が微量残存している。
○:ろ紙上に熱発泡性粒子が少量残存している。
×:ろ紙上に熱発泡性粒子が多量に残存している。

Claims (5)
- 表層と、裏層と、前記表層と前記裏層の間に配置された1層又は複数層の中間層とを有する坪量120〜300g/m 2 の多層抄き紙であって、
前記表層と前記裏層は少なくとも一方が着色され、
前記中間層のうち少なくとも1層が、パルプ及び発泡粒子を含有してなる発泡層であり、
前記中間層の坪量が25〜80g/m 2 であり、
前記発泡層において、パルプ固形分に対して、固形物換算で、カチオン性高分子化合物にて凝集された発泡粒子凝集体を1〜10質量%含有し、
前記表層と前記裏層は色相が異なっており、前記表層と前記裏層の明度の差ΔLが30〜60であることを特徴とする多層抄き紙。 - 前記発泡層を形成するための、発泡粒子と、カチオン性高分子化合物と、水とにより構成される発泡粒子懸濁液の粘度が100〜300cpsである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多層抄き紙。 - 前記発泡層のJISZ8722に準拠して測定した明度(L値)が55〜80であり、a値が−3〜6であり、b値が1〜25である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の多層抄き紙。 - 前記発泡層はさらに熱溶融性繊維を含有しており、
前記パルプの固形分に対する前記熱溶融性繊維の含有割合は固形分換算で1〜10質量%であり、
前記多層抄き紙は、J.TAPPI No.18−2で規定する層間強度が75mJ以上であり、遮水率が81%以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の多層抄き紙。 - 前記熱溶融性繊維がポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4記載の多層抄き紙。
