Claims (6)
- ハウジング1と、
前記ハウジング1内に設けられるLED10と、
前記ハウジング1の上面に形成される放熱ピン20と、
前記ハウジング10の内面に設けられる照明方向調節器30と、
前記照明方向調節器30の上部側に取り付けられ、その内部に設けられたレンズ49の位置を調節することが可能なレンズ移動手段が備えられたレンズケース40と、
を備え、
前記照明方向調節器30は、球状の回転体32と、
前記球状の回転体32が嵌め込まれる溝35が形成された収容体34と、
前記回転体32の上部には蓋板36と、
前記レンズケース40は、上部レンズケース44と下部レンズケース42を備え、
前記上部レンズケース44は、前記下部レンズケース42に挿入された構造を有し、
前記下部レンズケース42の下端には半径方向内側に突出した、照明方向調節器30にボルトで結合されるフランジ46が形成され、
前記上部レンズケース44の下端には楕円形の中空部50を形成するとともに半径方向の内側に突出される突出部により形成される中空部50が形成され、中空部50の周縁には楕円形レンズ49Aが挿入されて据え置かれる窪んだ溝51が前記突出部に形成され、
前記突出部の底面には楕円形レンズ49Aの周縁を係合させるレンズ固定板52が装着され、
前記下部レンズケース42および上部レンズケース44の下端には、LED10から発生する熱が円滑に排出されるように多数の放熱孔44Aが形成されていることを特徴とするLEDを用いた照明灯。 - 前記レンズ移動手段は、下部レンズケース42の内面に円周方向に沿って形成されたネジ歯61と、上部レンズケース44の外面に円周方向に沿って形成されたネジ歯62とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたLEDを用いた照明灯。
- 前記レンズ移動手段は、下部レンズケース42に長手方向に形成された長孔63と、前記上部レンズケース44に形成されたボルト孔、及びこれらの孔に螺合されたボルトからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたLEDを用いた照明灯。
- 前記レンズ移動手段は、上部レンズケース44内部に長手方向に一定間隔離隔された多数の支持突起66からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたLEDを用いた照明灯。
- 前記レンズケース40のいずれか一つの側面には反射板70が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたLEDを用いた照明灯。
- 前記レンズケース40の両側面には一対の反射板70が設けられ、互いに対向するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたLEDを用いた照明灯。
