Claims (13)
- 하부가 개방되는 수용홈을 구비하고, 상기 수용홈의 내측면은 다수의 장착면으로 구획되어 있고 외측면에는 다수의 방열핀이 방사상으로 간격을 두고 돌출 형성된 하우징;상기 하우징 내측의 장착면을 따라 장착되며, 다단 경사면을 갖는 다수의 각도조절블록의 외표면에 실장되는 다수의 발광 다이오드 모듈을 구비하고 상기 발광 다이오드 모듈로부터 조사된 광이 미리 설정된 배광 타입을 구현하도록 상기 다수의 장착면에 선택적으로 위치 설정되는 다수의 광원블록; 및상기 하우징의 하부를 커버링하는 보호커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 수평 단면이 원형, 타원형, 직사각형, 정사각형, 다각형 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각도조절블록은상기 발광 다이오드 모듈로부터 인출되는 배선을 상기 각도조절블록을 관통하여 배면으로 안내하기 위한 관통구멍; 및상기 각도조절블록 일측에 연장 형성되고 일측이 상기 관통구멍과 연통되어 상기 배선을 인쇄회로기판으로 안내하는 덕트부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 방열핀은 주기적으로 두께가 두껍게 형성되고, 상기 다수의 방열핀 중 상대적으로 두꺼운 두께를 갖는 방열핀은 내측으로 상기 각도조절블록을 고정하기 위한 고정피스가 체결되는 체결홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호커버는 발광 다이오드로부터 조사되는 빛이 전반사되는 것을 최소화하기 위하여 중앙으로 갈수록 상기 하우징 내측으로 인입되는 콘백스부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호커버를 상기 하우징에 고정 지지하는 고정링; 및상기 보호커버와 상기 하우징 사이의 방수를 위해 상기 보호커버의 외주를 따라 결합된 패킹;을 더 포함하며,상기 패킹은 외주를 따라 다수의 실링돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 내측 상면에 간격을 두고 장착되어 상기 발광 다이오드에 전원을 인가하기 위한 인쇄회로기판을 더 포함하며,상기 인쇄회로기판은 양면기판이며, 상면에는 전자부품이 실장되고, 하면에는 앰버(amber) 발광 다이오드 모듈이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 실장되는 파워소자는 상기 파워소자와 인쇄회로기판 상면 사이에 배치되는 스페이서에 의해 지지되어 하우징의 내부 상면에 접촉됨에 따라 방열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 하부가 개방되고 수용홈을 구비하며, 수용홈의 내측면은 다수의 장착면으로 구획되어 있고, 외부면에 다수의 방열핀이 방사상으로 간격을 두고 형성된 하우징;상기 하우징 내측의 장착면을 따라 장착되며, 각도조절블록의 외표면에 실장된 다수의 발광 다이오드 모듈을 구비하고 상기 발광 다이오드 모듈로부터 조사된 광이 미리 설정된 배광 타입을 구현하도록 상기 다수의 장착면에 선택적으로 위치 설정되는 다수의 광원블록;상기 하우징의 내측 상면에 간격을 두고 장착되어 상기 발광 다이오드에 전원을 인가하기 위한 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 하우징의 하부를 커버링하며 상기 발광 다이오드로부터 조사되는 빛이 전반사되는 것을 최소화하기 위하여 중앙으로 갈수록 상기 하우징 내측으로 인입되는 콘백스부를 구비하는 보호커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 하측으로 갈수록 외측면의 직경이 증가하며, 일정한 두께로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 외측면의 직경이 동일하게 설정되며, 상기 다수의 각도조절블록이 설치되는 하우징의 장착면이 경사각을 가지고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 각도조절블록은상기 발광 다이오드 모듈이 장착될 때 조사각도를 차별화시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 경사면;상기 발광 다이오드 모듈로부터 인출되는 배선을 상기 각도조절블록을 관통하여 배면으로 안내하기 위한 관통구멍; 및상기 각도조절블록 상측에 연장 형성되고 일측이 상기 관통구멍과 연통되어 상기 배선을 인쇄회로기판으로 안내하는 덕트부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 사용한 조명장치.
