Description
SiCl4 + 4 Na → Siam + 4 NaCl
から製造された、固形のエックス線アモルファスのシリコン(roentgenamorphes Silicium)が得られる塩混合物を用いる実験は、室温で水蒸気で飽和された不活性ガスが室温では酸化作用を示さないが、400℃で約3時間内に70%を越える変換、550℃で75%を越える変換を達成することを示す。
(1) SiH4 + 2 H2O → SiO2 + 4 H2
この反応は、発電所プロセスに基づくことができる。最も簡単な形で、反応式1に従う反応は400℃の温度で、3barの圧力で反応器中で実施される。放出される熱は、反応器に供給される水を蒸発させるために利用される。この過剰な熱は、環境に排出される。生じる水素はPEM燃料電池(FC)に供給される(バリエーション1)。
SiHn → Si + n/2 H2 (n=2〜4)によると副生成物として元素状のケイ素が生じる。この貯蔵容量は、(SiH2)xについての分解経路で約6.5%、SiH4について12.5%である。しかしながら、得られたケイ素は簡単な水素化反応によって再び可逆的にシランに変換できない。
による元素状のケイ素からの公知のアルカリ性の水素製造に依存して、既に日本の公開公報JP 59045901 Aが存在し、これは、例えば
SiH2 + 2 NaOH + H2O → Na2SiO3 + 3 H2
によるシランのアルカリ性溶液による変換を示す。前記の情報を考慮して、アルカリ性触媒反応又は高めた温度でのアルカリとの反応は不要であることを前提とする。

Claims (8)
- シランを、少なくとも400℃の温度及び少なくとも3barの圧力で、水蒸気と反応させて水素にすることを特徴とする、水素の製造方法。
- 熱変換である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 400℃〜1000℃の温度で反応させる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 3bar〜300barの圧力で反応させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 二酸化ケイ素が水和物として生じる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 生じた粒子を水素から分離する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水素がガスタービンを介して放圧される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記反応を反応器中で行い、前記反応器に供給された水を蒸発させるために、生じる熱を利用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
