Claims (3)
- 直径が一定の円柱部、および前記円柱部の両側に連なり、次第に直径を減じるように傾斜する傾斜部を含むクラウニング形状の複数のころと、
一対のリング部、前記一対のリング部を相互に接続する複数の柱部、隣接する前記柱部の間に前記ころを収容するポケット、および前記円柱部に対面する前記柱部の壁面に径方向に所定の幅を占める案内面を有する保持器とを備え、
前記ころの端面から前記円柱部と前記傾斜部との境界部分までの長さをDp、前記ころの端面に対面する前記ポケットの壁面から前記案内面までの軸方向の最短距離をAとすると、
Dp<Aを満たし、
前記保持器は、
その両端部に保持器の径方向外側に位置する第1の直線部と、
中央部に保持器の径方向内側に位置し、前記第1の直線部と平行な第2の直線部と、
前記第1の直線部および前記第2の直線部と交差する方向に延び、前記第1の直線部と前記第2の直線部とを相互に接続する接続部とを有し、
前記案内面は、前記接続部に設けられ、
前記案内面は前記ころのPCDを含み、かつ、径方向に幅を有し、
前記保持器の断面形状はM型またはW型であり、
前記保持器は前記ころのPCDを含むようにころ軸端部の軸線方向延長上に位置する、ケージアンドローラタイプの針状ころ軸受。 - 前記ころの端面と前記ころの端面に対面する前記ポケットの壁面との間に形成される最大隙間をδとすると、
Dp+δ<Aを満たす、請求項1に記載の針状ころ軸受。 - 前記保持器は、支持部分の外方部材の内径面に案内される、請求項1または2に記載の針状ころ軸受。
