Claims (10)
- 液体試料を分析するための少なくとも1つの試験領域(14)を有する分析要素の製造方法であって、ポリマー織布(8)がその上に配置される担体(4)が設けられ、
前記ポリマー織布(8)が洗浄剤で被覆され、ポリマー織布(8)の少なくとも一部分(9)がUVレーザ光で照射され疎水性化され、前記洗浄剤が、UVレーザ光で照射されたポリマー織布(8)の部分(9,11)において、UVレーザ光により少なくとも部分的に除去されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ポリマー織布(8)が主として、互いに対して平行または垂直に走る糸(13)からなる単繊条の織布であり、互いに対して平行に走る糸(13)が互いに対して1μm〜0.5mmの間の距離を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄剤が、ジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム(DONS)、オクタノイル−N−メチルグルカミド、ノニルフェノールエトキシレートおよびポリエチレングリコール[4−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)フェニル]エーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの洗浄剤であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄剤がUVレーザ光により除去された領域において、ポリマー織布(8)の超疎水性化が存在する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分析要素が、液体試料中の検体を測定するための、液体試料の適用域(15)を備えた試験要素(2)であり、前記ポリマー織布(8)が、適用域(15)の周辺領域(9)にてUVレーザ光で照射され疎水性化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 試験要素(2)を製造するために、縁部(7)を被覆せずに検出フィルム(6)を担体(4)に適用し、該検出フィルム(6)がポリマー織布(8)により被覆され、該ポリマー織布(8)が側部領域(9)において検出フィルム(6)を超えて突出し、担体(4)の被覆されていない縁部(7)を被覆し、またポリマー織布(8)がUVレーザ光での照射により側方領域(9)にて疎水性化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 担体(4)が接着テープ(5)であって、これにより、試験要素(2)が粘着性試験ラベルとして輸送テープ(1)上へ移送されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- ロール・ツー・ロールプロセスが使用される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された分析要素であって、液体試料を分析するための少なくとも1つの試験領域(14)を備えており、
前記分析要素が、ポリマー織布(8)がその上に配置される担体(4)を備え、
ポリマー織布(8)の少なくとも一部分(9,11)がUVレーザ光での照射により疎水性化されることを特徴とする分析要素。 - 前記分析要素が、テープ方向に離間された複数の試験要素(2)を有する分析テープ(3)であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の分析要素。
