Claims (7)
- 液体サンプル分析用の少なくとも1つの検査フィールド(6)を持った液体サンプル用多層分析エレメント(10)の製造法であって、少なくとも2つの重ね合わせた材料層(14)からなる分析エレメントブランク(1)が、使用可能であり、また多層分析エレメント(10)または多層分析エレメント(10)の構成要素の一部が、レーザー照射を用いて、分析エレメントブランク(1)から切り出され、該レーザー照射は、異なる材料層を経由して少なくとも2つの領域(20,21,22)間を切断し、また該レーザー照射は、該切断に対して有効でありかつ該領域(20,21,22)中に切り込まれる異なった材料層(14)の厚みおよび材料に応じて変化するレーザーパワーを持っており、
前記多層分析エレメント(10)あるいは前記多層分析エレメント(10)の構成要素の一部を、切断端(19,23)に沿って、分析エレメントブランク(1)からのレーザー照射を用いて、切断するあいだ、少なくとも1つの材料層が、切断端(19,23)上に丸み効果を持つようにレーザー照射により溶融されることを特徴とする製造法。 - 前記切断に有効なレーザーパワーが、
レーザーにより提供されるレーザーパワーのレーザーの制御あるいはパワー変化用外部エレメントによる変化、
切断用に使用されるレーザー照射のレーザービーム径の変化、
レーザー照射の移動速度および互いに相対的な分析エレメントブランク(1)の速度の変化および
分析エレメントブランクに相対的なレーザー照射の焦点位置の変化を包含する群から選択される少なくとも1つの方法により、変化し、前記切断に有効なレーザーパワーが、前もってプログラムされた制御システムを用いて変化することを特徴とするか、あるいは切断に使用されるレーザーパワーが、切断のあいだにセンサーを用いて定められ、また切断される異なった材料層の厚みと材料に応じて変化することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 少なくとも2つの重ね合わせた材料層(14)が、ポリマー層(17)、疎水性層(18)、接着剤層、繊維層(17)、金属塗膜されたポリマー層、金属層およびレーザー照射により溶融可能な層(17)の群から選択される層からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの領域(20,21,22)におけるレーザー照射を用いて、多層分析エレメント(10)、あるいは多層分析エレメント(10)の構成要素の一部を切断するあいだ、分析エレメントブランク(1)の材料層(14)の幾分かあるいは全てを、切り開くことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 多層分析エレメント(10)が、液体サンプルの電気化学的分析あるいは測光分析用の検査フィールドを持ったテストストリップであり、またレーザー照射を用いることにより、テストストリップのテープの形状で存在する分析エレメントブランク(1)から切り離されるかまたは、多層分析エレメント(10)が、テープ方向(12)に互いに離された多重の検査フィールド(6)を持った分析テープ(11)であり、その場合、分析エレメントブランク(1)は、検出フィルム(2,16)および接着性テープ(15)からなるテストラベルテープ(5)の形状で前もって組み立てられ、検査フィールド(6)を各々含む自己接着性テストラベル(7)は、レーザー照射を用いて該テストラベルテープ(5)から、それぞれの場合に切り出され、また分析テープ(11)の構成要素の一部として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体サンプル分析用の少なくとも1つの検査フィールド(6)を含む少なくとも2つの材料層(14)を持った液体サンプル用多層分析エレメント(10)であって、該分析エレメント(10)は、異なった材料層(14)を持った少なくとも2つの領域(20,21,22)を経由して伸びており、かつ該領域(20,21,22)の厚みおよび材料に適合されかつ該切断に対して有効なレーザーパワーを持ったレーザー照射により発生した切断端(19)を持っており、
前記多層分析エレメント(10)あるいは前記多層分析エレメント(10)の構成要素の一部を、切断端(19,23)に沿って、分析エレメントブランク(1)からのレーザー照射を用いて、切断するあいだ、少なくとも1つの材料層が、切断端(19,23)上に丸み効果を持つようにレーザー照射により溶融されることを特徴とするエレメント。 - 多層分析エレメント(10)が、テープ方向に互いに離された多重の検査フィールド(6)を持った分析テープ(11)であり、そこでは、検査フィールド(6)は、少なくとも検出フィルム(2,16)および接着性テープ(15)を含み、かつ移送テープ(8)に貼られた自己接着性テストラベル(7)上に配置され、接着性テープ(15)を用いて領域(20,22)を経由して、また検出フィルム(16)および接着性テープ(15)を持っている領域(21)を経由して伸び、かつ領域(20,21,22)における切断材料層(14)の厚みおよび材料に適合しかつ該切断に有効なレーザーパワーを持つレーザー照射を用いた切断により発生された切断端(19,23)を、該テストラベル(7)が持っていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の多層分析エレメント。
