Claims (9)
- 絶縁容器に接離自在の少なくとも一対の接点を有する真空バルブをモールドして成る真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記真空バルブの可動導体と連結した絶縁ロッドを有し、該絶縁ロッドが貫通し、かつ前記絶縁容器に絶縁ゴムを介して固定する絶縁ブッシングを備えたことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 外表面の導電塗装を接地した絶縁容器に接離自在の少なくとも一対の接点を有する真空バルブをモールドして成る真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記真空バルブの可動導体と連結した絶縁ロッドを有し、該絶縁ロッドが貫通し、かつ前記絶縁容器に絶縁ゴムを介して固定する絶縁ブッシングを備え、該絶縁ブッシングの外表面、および前記絶縁ゴムとの密着面と前記絶縁ロッドが貫通する部分を除いた内表面に導電塗装を施すと共に、外表面の導電塗装を接地し、更に、内表面の導電塗装を前記可動導体と同電位にしたことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - それぞれが接離自在の接点を有する2対の真空バルブを有し、該2対の真空バルブを絶縁容器にモールドし、該絶縁容器の外表面の導電塗装を接地した真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記2対の真空バルブの可動導体を導体にて接続し、前記導体と連結した絶縁ロッドを有し、該絶縁ロッドが貫通し、かつ前記絶縁容器に絶縁ゴムを介して固定する絶縁ブッシングを備え、該絶縁ブッシングの外表面、および前記絶縁ゴムとの密着面と前記絶縁ロッドが貫通する部分を除いた内表面に導電塗装を施すと共に、前記外表面の導電塗装を接地し、更に、前記内表面の導電塗装を前記可動導体と同電位にしたことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項3に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記可動導体が、閉,開,断路の3位置に停止することを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - それぞれが接離自在の接点を有する複数の真空バルブを有し、該複数の真空バルブを絶縁容器にモールドし、該絶縁容器の外表面の導電塗装を接地した真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記複数の真空バルブのそれぞれの可動導体と連結した複数の絶縁ロッドを有し、該複数の絶縁ロッドが貫通し、かつ前記絶縁容器と絶縁ゴムを介して固定する絶縁ブッシングを備え、該絶縁ブッシングの外表面、および前記絶縁ゴムとの密着面と前記絶縁ロッドが貫通する部分を除いた内表面に導電塗装を施すと共に、前記外表面の導電塗装を接地し、更に、前記内表面の導電塗装を前記可動導体と同電位にしたことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記絶縁ロッドと前記絶縁ブッシングとが、リング状のゴムを介して摺動することを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記絶縁ブッシングの外表面側に、外表面の導電塗装とは電気的に絶縁され、かつ内表面の導電塗装と対向するように端子をモールドし、該端子の誘起電圧を測定する手段を備え、前記複数の真空バルブを切状態とし、各真空バルブの固定側から電圧を印加し、前記端子に電圧が誘起された場合に前記真空バルブの圧力異常と判定することを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - それぞれが接離自在の接点を有する2対の真空バルブを有し、該2対の真空バルブを絶縁容器にモールドし、該絶縁容器の外表面の導電塗装を接地して成る真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記2対の真空バルブの可動導体を導体にて接続し、該導体と連結した絶縁ロッドを有し、該絶縁ロッドが貫通し、かつ前記絶縁容器に固定するゴム製の絶縁ブッシングを備えたことを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - それぞれが接離自在の接点を有する2対の真空バルブを有し、該2対の真空バルブを絶縁容器にモールドし、該絶縁容器の外表面の導電塗装を接地して成る真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記2対の真空バルブの可動導体を導体にて接続し、該導体と連結した絶縁ロッドと、該絶縁ロッドを貫通させた絶縁ブッシングとを備え、前記真空バルブと前記絶縁ブッシングをともに前記絶縁容器にモールドすることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
