Description
チクソトロピー性を有するセメント系硬化物は、それ自体が多少の水中不分離性を有しているが、そのままでは水中柱の構築に不十分であると判断し、水中不分離性混和剤を混合することとし、本発明の材料を用いて水中柱の構築が可能か検討した。また、水質汚濁の抑制も図った。
試験の使用材料および物性、使用目的を表1に示す。
配合条件を表2に示す。水粉体比は34%とし、繊維(ポリアミド系樹脂繊維=ナイロン繊維)混入率は体積比で、全体の0.1%とした。また、表2中のPは、(C+SF+BS+AG)を示す。
試験項目と目標値を表3に示す。
各層は、突き棒の先端がその層の約1/2の深さまで入るよう,前面にわたって各々15回突き、最後に不足分を補い表面をならす。直ちにフローコーンを正しく上の方に取り去り、モルタルが広がった後の径を最大と認める方向と、これに直角な方向とで測定し、その平均値を0打フロー値とした。その後15秒間に15回の落下運動を与え、モルタルが広がった後の径を最大と認める方向と、これに直角な方向とで測定し、その平均値を15打フロー値とした。

Claims (7)
- 水中不分離性とチクソトロピー性を備えたセメント系硬化物により、地下にできた空洞内の水中に自立して前記空洞の上部の地盤を支える柱を構築する方法であって、ポンプに接続したホースまたはパイプの先端部を水底近傍まで送り出し、前記ポンプにより圧送した前記セメント系硬化物を前記ホースまたはパイプの先端部より吐出させながら、前記ホースまたはパイプを徐々に引き上げて行き、吐出された前記チクソトロピー性を備えたセメント系硬化物が圧力の開放により粘性が高まり、流動性を失って積み上がって行くことを利用して、水中に前記セメント系硬化物による柱を構築することを特徴とする水中柱の構築方法。
- 柱構築位置にあらかじめ芯材を設置し、前記セメント系硬化物を該芯材に沿って吐出させ、前記セメント系硬化物と芯材を一体化した柱を構築することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水中柱の構築方法。
- 前記芯材が鉄筋籠であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の水中柱の構築方法。
- 前記セメント系硬化物が、少なくともセメントと、水と、シリカヒュームと、水中不分離性混和材とを含むセメント系硬化物であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の水中柱の構築方法。
- 前記シリカヒュームを70〜150g/l、前記水中不分離性混和材を1.5〜3.5g/l配合することを特徴とする請求項4記載の水中柱の構築方法。
- 請求項5記載の水中柱の構築方法において、さらにベントナイトを配合することを特徴とする水中柱の構築方法。
- 請求項5または6記載の水中柱の構築方法において、さらに補強繊維を配合することを特徴とする水中柱の構築方法。
