Claims (11)
- 流動媒体の圧力および温度を測定するための差込みセンサ(110)であって、
センサ本体(112)の対称軸であるセンサ軸(120)を備えるセンサ本体(112)と、
前記センサ軸(120)に同心に配置された圧力センサ(124)と、
前記センサ本体(112)に配置され、前記圧力センサ(124)を前記流動媒体と接続するための貫通孔部(126)と、
前記センサ本体(112)に配置され、中に温度センサ(140)を収容する温度センサ孔部(132)とを有する形式の差込みセンサにおいて、
前記温度センサ孔部(132)は温度センサ孔軸(134)を有し、
該温度センサ孔軸は、前記流動媒体に向いた側の前記センサ軸(120)の端部(130)に向かうように前記センサ軸(120)に対して傾斜しており、
前記センサ本体(112)は、外ねじ(146)と、流動媒体に向いた側の端部(130)に円錐パッキン(152)とを有する、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項1記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記温度センサ(140)は温度センサ素子(142)を有し、
前記温度センサ孔軸(134)は、前記温度センサ素子(142)の領域で前記センサ軸(120)と交差するように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項2記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記センサ本体(112)から突出した測定フィンガ(136)が設けられており、
前記温度センサ孔部(132)は有底孔部として構成されており、完全にまたは部分的に前記測定フィンガ(136)内に配置されており、
前記温度センサ素子(142)は完全にまたは部分的に前記測定フィンガ(136)に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記温度センサ孔軸(134)と前記センサ軸(120)とは、3°から70°の角度をなす、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
貫通孔軸(128)を備える前記貫通孔部(126)は少なくとも部分的にシリンダ状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項5記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記貫通孔軸(128)は、流動媒体に向いた側の前記センサ軸(120)の端部から離れるように傾斜している、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項6記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記貫通孔軸(126)と前記センサ軸(120)とは、3°から70°の角度をなす、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記外ねじ(146)には少なくとも1つの排気溝(150)が設けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの排気溝(150)は、外ねじ(146)を差込みセンサ孔部にねじ込む際に過圧をエア抜きするように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記差込みセンサ(110)は完全にまたは部分的に、金属粉末冶金学的方法によって作製される、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項9記載の差込みセンサ(110)において、
前記センサ本体(112)は、外ねじを備える外側ねじ部材(510)と、前記貫通孔部(126)および前記温度センサ孔部(132)を備えるショルダ(512)を有し、
少なくとも前記ショルダ(512)は、金属粉末冶金学的方法によって作製される、
ことを特徴とする差込みセンサ。 - 請求項10記載の差込みセンサ(110)の製造方法において、以下のステップを有する:
・前記ショルダ(512)を金属粉末冶金学的方法によって作製するステップ;
・ねじ部材(510)を作製するステップ;
・前記ショルダ(512)を前記ねじ部材(510)に挿入するステップ;そして
・前記ショルダ(512)と前記ねじ部材(510)とを、レーザ溶接法(534)によって密閉して形状結合するステップ;
ことを特徴とする製造方法。
