Description
様々な技術分野において、流動媒体、例えばガスおよび/または液体の種々異なるパラメータを同時に測定しなければならないことがある。このようなパラメータは、例えば媒体の圧力、温度、流速、濃度、または類似の物理的および/または化学的特性ないしパラメータを含む。本発明の以下の説明は、とりわけ圧力(p)と温度(T)とを同時に測定すべき適用に関し、このことはコンビネーション型の圧力・温度センサによって可能である。しかしながら本発明はこのような圧力・温度センサに制限されず、媒体、とりわけ流動媒体の少なくとも1つの特性を測定するための別のセンサの範囲内にて使用することも可能である。上に述べた形式のセンサの重要な適用例は、空調設備のための圧力・温度センサである。空調設備では通例、冷媒の気化熱が空気(または他の冷却すべき媒体)の冷却のために使用される。続いてコンプレッサで冷媒が再び圧縮され、これにより液化する。圧縮時には冷媒の温度上昇が発生する。この吸収された熱は通例、ガス冷却器で再び環境に放出される。ここでコンプレッサによる圧縮過程は基本的に、動作圧力が所定の最大圧を越えず、動作温度が所定の最高温度を越えないように制御される。この目的のために圧力と温度を検出しなければならない。このような空調設備における適用例の他にも、センサ、とりわけ圧力・温度センサの数多くの他の適用例は、自然科学および工学の種々の分野、とりわけプロセス工学および自動車工学の分野から公知である。とりわけ一体的な温度センサ("コンビネーションセンサ"と呼ばれることもある)に対する別の言及すべき例は、吸気管圧力の測定、熱膜空気量センサを用いた空気量測定、および同様の適用である。
したがって公知の装置および方法の欠点を少なくとも充分に回避するセンサおよびセンサの製造方法が提案される。これによって温度センサを狭い構造スペースに、例えば傾斜した狭い孔部に取り付けることもできる確実な大量生産が可能となる。短絡は確実に阻止され、振動耐性も格段に上昇される。これによって大量生産においても取り扱いおよびコンタクトが可能となり、ここではセンサの測定センサと回路支持体との間において確実に電気的接続された、回路支持体を備えるセンサを製造することができる。

- 少なくとも1つの測定量を検出するための少なくとも1つの測定センサ(124,140)を含むセンサ(110)であって、
該センサ(110)は、前記測定センサ(124,140)を保持するためのセンサ本体(112)を有し、

該差込みコンタクトピン(220)は、少なくとも1つの接続領域(232)において前記接続エレメント(228)によって取り囲まれており、
前記差込みコンタクトピン(220)は、前記複数の接続線路(212)と電気的に接続されており、
前記接続エレメント(228)は、前記複数の接続線路(212)を挿入するための複数の溝(234)を有しており、
前記接続エレメント(228)は、前記少なくとも1つの接続領域(232)において、前記差込みコンタクトピン(220)へのアクセスを可能にし、

前記接続エレメント(228)は、前記複数の溝(234)の領域において、前記測定センサ(124,140)を前記測定センサ孔部(132)に挿入するための挿入部分(238)を有し、
前記挿入部分(238)は、周囲側に配置された少なくとも1つの係止突起(242)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの係止突起(242)が前記測定センサ孔部(132)に挿入されることにより、前記コンタクトモジュール(210)は前記センサ本体(112)に対して固定される、
