Claims (10)
- ステーターと、
前記ステーターとの相互作用によって回転するように前記ステーターに対応して配置され、円周方向に多数個のコア片及びマグネットが交互に配列されるローターと、を有して構成されるモーターにおいて、
前記コア片は、前記ローターの半径方向に前記ステーターに面した外周部が他の部位よりも軸方向に長く、前記ステーターに面した外周部の軸方向長さが前記ステーターの軸方向長さと同一であることを特徴とするモーター。 - 前記モーターは、前記多数個のコア片を一つに連結するコア片結合手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記コア片結合手段は、前記ローターの軸方向両面にそれぞれ配置される一対のエンドプレートと、
前記各コア片に軸方向に挿入され、各端が前記一対のエンドプレートのいずれか一つに結合される多数個のピンと、から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のモーター。 - 前記エンドプレートは、非磁性体であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のモーター。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記マグネットの軸方向への離脱を防止するために、前記マグネットと接触可能に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のモーター。
- 前記コア片には、前記マグネットの半径方向への離脱を防止するために、前記ローターの円周方向に前記マグネットに向かって突出されたストッパー突起を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ストッパー突起は、前記ローターの半径方向に前記マグネットの両面にそれぞれ接触するように一対をなして形成され、
前記ローターの円周方向に前記コア片の両側面にそれぞれ一対ずつ設けられるとともに、円周方向に隣接した他のストッパー突起と所定間隔を維持していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のモーター。 - 前記マグネットの軸方向長さは、前記コア片の軸方向長さと同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記マグネットは、円周方向に隣接した各マグネットの同一極性が対向して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ローターは、鉄粉末冶金方法によって成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーター。
