Claims (5)
- 軸状の駆動部材と、
それぞれ前記駆動部材の軸方向に伸縮可能に並列して設けられた複数の伸縮部を有し、前記駆動部材の一端を保持する電気機械変換素子と、
前記駆動部材に摩擦係合し、前記駆動部材上で滑り変位可能な移動体とを有することを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記伸縮部は、3つ以上設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 一部の前記伸縮部に、他の前記伸縮部と異なる、変化率の小さい直流電圧成分を印加し、前記伸縮部の全てに、周期的に変動する共通の交流電圧成分を印加する駆動回路をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記伸縮部は、前記駆動部材の軸方向に延伸する前記電気機械変換素子の中心軸周りに偶数設けられ、
前記駆動回路は、前記中心軸を挟んで対向位置にある前記伸縮部に、逆位相の前記直流電圧成分を印加することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記伸縮部の少なくともいずれかに、直流電圧成分を印加しないことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の駆動装置。
