Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態の駆動装置1の構成を示す。駆動装置1は、電圧Vp(V)の直流電源2および制御装置3が接続された駆動回路4と、駆動回路4の出力が電極5a,5bに印加される圧電素子5と、圧電素子5に一端が固定された軸状の振動部材6と、振動部材6に摩擦力によって係合する摩擦係合部材7とを有する。

Claims (4)
- 電極間に電圧が印加されると伸縮する圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子に一端が固定され、前記圧電素子の伸縮によって、軸方向に往復変位可能な振動部材と、
前記振動部材に摩擦係合し、前記振動部材の往復変位によって、前記振動部材に対してすべり変位する摩擦係合部材と、
電源に接続され、前記圧電素子に前記電源の電圧を所定の駆動周期で印加し、前記圧電素子の前記電極を前記電源に接続する充電スイッチング素子、および、前記圧電素子の前記電極をグランドに接地する放電スイッチング素子を含むブリッジ回路と、
前記電源と前記ブリッジ回路との間および前記ブリッジ回路と前記グランドとの間の少なくともいずれかの電路に制限抵抗を挿入するスイッチ回路とを備え、
前記スイッチ回路は、前記制限抵抗をバイパスするバイパス電路と、前記制限抵抗を含む制限電路と、前記バイパス電路を開放するバイパススイッチと、前記制限電路を開放する制限スイッチとを備え、
前記ブリッジ回路の周期駆動を停止させた状態で、かつ、前記制限抵抗を電路に挿入した状態で、前記制限抵抗を介して前記圧電素子に電圧を印加して伸縮させることで、前記摩擦係合部材を緩慢に変位させ、
前記制限抵抗を電路に挿入した状態で、前記圧電素子の充放電が完了する前に、前記圧電素子を前記電源および前記グランドの少なくともいずれかから切り離し可能であることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記ブリッジ回路と前記電源との間に前記スイッチ回路と直列に、基礎抵抗を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記圧電素子の前記電極間の電圧を監視するモニタ回路をさらに有し、前記電極間の電
圧が前記摩擦係合部材の所望の変位量に対応する値となったときに前記圧電素子を前記電
源から切り離すことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記圧電素子の前記電極のいずれか一方を前記電源に接続するときのみ前記制限抵抗を挿入し、同じ電極を前記グランドに接地するときは、前記制限抵抗を挿入しないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
