Description
とを特徴とする前記(1)記載のリチウムイオン組電池。
ード活物質として人造黒鉛(90重量部)、導電助剤としてカーボンブラック(2重量部
)、結着剤としてポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)(8重量部)を混合し、溶剤のN−
メチル−ピロリドン(NMP)中に分散させ、スラリーを得た。得られたスラリーをドク
ターブレード法により集電体層16Aである電解銅箔に塗布し、110℃で乾燥させた。
乾燥後に圧延を行い、アノード電極16を得た。なお、アノード活物質層16Bの厚みを
25μm、アノード電極16の厚みを66μmとした。
充電を行った。その結果、充電に要した時間は約6分であった。又、サンプル1の比較例
として、上記第2のリチウムイオン二次電池14を単体で使用し(比較例1)、電流値1
.5Aで6分間(サンプル1の充電に要した時間)充電した。
を行った場合、上記表2は電圧4.2V、電流1500mAで定電流定電圧充電(CCC
V充電)を行った場合、上記表3は電圧4.5V、電流1500mAで定電流充電(CC
充電)を行った場合をそれぞれ示している。又、表1〜表3における「正極厚み」は「カ
ソード活物質層の厚み」と、「負極厚み」は「アノード活物質層の厚み」とそれぞれ読み
替えることとする。
20μm〜40μmの範囲においては、充電時間及びサイクル特性が良好な値を示すこと
が確認された。しかも、1500mAでの大電流充電や4.5Vでの高電圧充電において
も、充電時間及びサイクル特性共に良好な値が得られた。

Claims (2)
- アノード活物質層の厚みが20〜30μmの範囲にあり、且つ、カソード活物質層の厚みが20〜30μmの範囲にある第1のリチウムイオン二次電池と、体積エネルギー密度が約320Wh/lである第2のリチウムイオン二次電池と、を少なくとも含む複数のリチウムイオン二次電池を並列に接続してなり、
前記第1のリチウムイオン二次電池における前記カソード活物質層は、一般式:LixMnyNizCo1-y-zO2(0.85≦x≦1.1、0.1≦y≦0.5、0.2≦z≦0.8)で表される複合金属酸化物からなるカソード活物質を含んで構成されていることを特徴とするリチウムイオン組電池。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1のリチウムイオン二次電池は、複数のセルを厚み方向に積層してなることを特徴とするリチウムイオン組電池。
