Description
図1はソーチェーン用切断環の側面図である。切断環1は本体2と切断歯3とを含んでいる。切断歯3は硬質金属から成り、硬蝋付けによって本体2に固定されている。矢印Aは、ソーチェーン使用時の切断環1の回転方向である。切断歯3は回転方向Aに関し右側の切断歯である。本体2はその下半分に2つのリベット穴4を備えている。回転方向Aに関し前部のリベット穴4の上方には、本体2の上縁に深さ制限体5が配置されている。本体2はこの深さ制限体5の後方に切屑排出用の凹部6を有している。

Claims (12)
- 本体(2)と、該本体に固定され、硬質金属から成っている切断歯(3)とを備えた、ソーチェーン用切断環(1)であって、切断歯(3)がルーフ部分(7)と結合脚(8)とを含み、本体(2)がリベット穴(4)を有し、本体(2)の、切断環(1)の回転方向において切断歯(3)の前方に、切屑排出用の凹部(6)が形成され、本体(2)が平坦な小板から成り、切断歯(3)が前記凹部(6)を部分的に覆っており、切断歯(3)の結合脚(8)が本体(2)の側部に面当接しており、切断歯(3)が硬蝋付けにより本体(2)と溶着されている、前記切断環において、
結合脚(8)の下縁(13)が前記凹部(6)よりも深い位置に位置するように結合脚(8)が下方へ延在し、結合脚(8)は、切断環(1)の回転方向においてその後部の領域にして隣接するリベット穴(4)に対向する位置に、上方へ向けて延在する稜(15)を有していることを特徴とする切断環。 - 結合脚(8)の下縁(13)に面取り部(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切断環。
- 前記稜(15)が、水平軸線(H)に対し角度(α)を成して、本体(2)の後端(16)の方向へ斜め上向きに延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の切断環。
- 硬蝋付け用の硬蝋が銀蝋であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 切断歯(3)の側刃(12)がくぼみ溝(20)の形態に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 側刃(12)が本体(2)側に面取り部(22)を有し、面取り角(δ)は切断環(1)の長手方向に対しほぼ40゜であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 側刃(12)を面取り部(22)とともに研削により生じせしめることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の切断環。
- 切屑排出用の前記凹部(6)の後部領域に面取り部(21)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 前記面取り部(21)が型押しされていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の切断環。
- 本体(2)の上縁の領域に、切断歯(3)の後端を当接させるストッパー(9)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 切断歯(3)は、本体(2)の材料を切除せずに刃の研削が可能であるような寸法(S)だけ凹部(6)を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
- 後研削の際に切断歯(3)および本体(2)の材料を切除することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の切断環。
