Description
また、本発明は、回路基板上での電線の処理方法を改善することにより、回路部品の実装密度を高めることができ、電線を束ねたときに生ずる張力を低減することができる基板用電線接続構造体及び中継接続体の製造方法並びに中継接続体の固定方法を提供する。

Claims (11)
- 横一列に配列された多数本の電線と、
プレートと、該プレートの表面側に第1表面の少なくとも一端が固定されたFPCとを有する中継接続体と、を備え、
前記FPCは、第2表面の一端側に前記多数本の電線と電気的に接続された第1の導体部を具備する第1の電気接触面と、第2表面の他端側に回路基板に接続する第2の導体部が露出している第2の電気接触面と、前記一端側と前記他端側との間の部分にUターン状に曲げられる折曲げ部と、を備えている基板用電線接続構造体。 - 横一列に配列された多数本の電線と、
プレートと、該プレートの表面側から裏面側にかけてUターン状に曲げて固定されているFPCとを有する中継接続体と、を備え、
該中継接続体は、一方の表面に前記多数本の電線と電気的に接続する第1の導体部を具備する第1の電気接触面を有し、他方の表面に回路基板に接続する第2の導体部が露出している第2の電気接触面を有している、基板用電線接続構造体。 - 横一列に配列された多数本の電線と、
該多数本の電線の端部に接続する多数の中継接続体と、備え、
前記多数の中継接続体からそれぞれ導出する前記多数本の電線が集合する集合部の周囲に、電線導出端を内向きにして前記多数の中継接続体が放射状に配置されている、基板用電線接続構造体。 - 前記中継接続体が、プレートと、該プレートの表面側から裏面側にかけてUターン状に曲げて固定されているFPCとを有し、
前記中継接続体は、一方の表面に前記電線と電気的に接続する第1の導体部を具備する第1の電気接触面を有し、他方の表面に回路基板に接続する第2の導体部が露出している第2の電気接触面を有している、請求項3に記載の基板用電線接続構造体。 - 前記FPCが前記プレートと共にUターン状に曲げられている請求項2又は4に記載の基板用電線接続構造体。
- 前記回路基板に設けられ、前記FPCをUターンさせた状態で前記中継接続体を保持するクランプ手段を備えている請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の基板用電線接続構造体。
- 前記クランプ手段が、係止部を有し、前記回路基板に固定されているベース部材と、前記係止部に係合する被係止部を有し、前記ベース部材に開閉自在に連結されているカバー部材とを備え、前記カバー部材の内面に前記FPCの一端側が取り付けられ、前記回路基板に前記FPCの他端側が固定された状態で、前記カバー部材を閉じて前記べース部材に係止することで前記FPCがUターン状に曲げられている請求項6に記載の基板用電線接続構造体。
- 前記中継接続体が、光信号を電気信号に変換する光電変換モジュールを備えた請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の基板用電線接続構造体。
- 多数本の電線を回路基板に中継接続する中継接続体の製造方法であって、
表面に所定間隔で並んでいる多数の導体部を有し、裏面に固定面を有するFPCを用意することと、
前記FPCの前記導体部が外側になるようにして、該FPCと該FPCが固定されるプレートとを位置合わせし、該FPCの一端側の前記固定面をプレートの表面に固定することと、
前記プレートに固定されていない前記FPCの他端側を前記プレートの縁部の近傍に位置する部分を支点として前記プレートの裏面側にUターンさせて、前記FPCの他端側の前記固定面を前記プレートの裏面に固定することと、
を備えた中継接続体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の中継接続体の前記FPCの前記第2の導体部を回路基板の導体部に電気的に接続した後、前記FPCの略中間部分を支点として、前記FPCの一端側をUターンさせて、前記プレートの裏面側又は表面側に固定する中継接続体の固定方法。
- 回路基板に開閉自在に連結されたカバー部材を有するベース部材を固定することと、
開放している前記カバー部材の内面上に、請求項1に記載の中継接続体の前記FPCの一端側を配置することと、
前記FPCの他端側の前記第2の導体部と前記回路基板の導体部とを電気的に接続することと、
前記カバー部材を閉じ方向に回動させることにより、前記FPCの略中間部分を支点として、前記FPCの一端側をUターンさせることと、
前記カバー部材を前記ベース部材に係止することにより、前記FPCをUターンさせた状態を保持することと、
を備えた中継接続体の固定方法。
