Description
(I)発電電動機1のケーシングにスプライン結合部分に通じる注油穴を設け、必要に応じて外部からスプライン結合部分に潤滑油を注入する外部注入方式、
(II)ケーシングにスプライン結合部分に通じる油室を形成して潤滑油を封入し、スプライン結合部分を潤滑油中に浸す油封入方式
をとることが考えられる。

Claims (1)
- エンジンによって駆動される発電電動機と油圧ポンプの回転軸同士がスプライン結合によって直結され、上記スプライン結合部分を潤滑するハイブリッド作業機械の軸潤滑装置において、上記スプライン結合部分を覆う発電電動機のケーシング内にスプライン結合部分に通じる潤滑油室が形成される一方、上記油圧ポンプのケーシングに、上記発電電動機の潤滑油室と、上記油圧ポンプの油室とを回転軸の外周側で連通させる通油穴が設けられることによって、上記油圧ポンプ内の作動油を上記スプライン結合部分を含む径路で循環させる通油路が形成されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド作業機械の軸潤滑装置。
