Description
また永久磁石可動コイル式のリニアモータの場合は、永久磁石として使用する希土類永久磁石の使用量が多いため、価格が高価となるという問題がある。
図7は、そのような従来のコンパクト設計の移動体駆動装置に用いられるフラット型モータと近似した構成の永久磁石同期式にモータを示す図である。
(第1の実施の形態)
図1は、本発明の移動体駆動装置をドア駆動装置に適用した場合の全体正面図である。図1において、移動体駆動装置としてのドア駆動装置10は、移動体としての左右1対の左ドア11及び右ドア12に連結部材を介して連結される直線伝達体としての二本のラックと回転伝達体としてのピニオンとをピニオン・ラックケース40内に備え、ピニオン・ラックケース40の外部には、ピニオンに連結される回転アクチュエータとしてのモータ13を備えている。
図3は、図2に示すモータ13をピニオン・ラックケース40との係合から取り外した状態を示す図である。
図2はスリーブ35がスプライン軸48に外嵌して、スリーブ35の凸条とスプライン軸48のスプライン溝とが係合し、モータ13の前部シールド板25がピニオン・ラックケース40に固定された状態を示している。
(第2の実施の形態)
図4は、第2の実施の形態のドア駆動装置の全体正面図である。
図6は、図5のC−C´断面矢視図である。尚、図4〜図6には、図1〜図3の構成と同一又は相当する部材には、図1〜図3と同一の番号を付与して示している。

Claims (5)
- 回転子の出力軸の両端を軸受けに軸承された状態で筐体フレーム内に収容された回転アクチュエータと、
該回転アクチュエータの出力軸の一端に一体的にスリーブとして形成され、前記筐体フレームから外部に突出する回転伝達部と、
該回転伝達部にスプライン軸を介して接離自在に係合し、前記回転伝達部と共に回転する回転軸と、
該回転軸に外嵌し該回転軸に固定され該回転軸と共に回転する回転伝達体と、
該回転伝達体を挟んで対向して噛合し略平行かつ逆方向に移動自在な1対の直線伝達体と、
を備え、
前記回転軸は、前記回転伝達体の外側面から外部に出る端部を軸受けに軸承され、前記回転伝達体の内側面から外部に出る端部を前記スプライン軸を介して前記回転伝達部に軸支されている、
ことを特徴とする移動体駆動装置。 - 回転子の出力軸の両端を軸受けに軸承された状態で筐体フレーム内に収容された回転アクチュエータと、
該回転アクチュエータの出力軸の一端に一体的にスリーブとして形成され、前記筐体フレームから外部に突出する回転伝達部と、
該回転伝達部にスプライン軸を介して接離自在に係合し、前記回転伝達部と共に回転する回転軸と、
該回転軸に外嵌し該回転軸に固定され該回転軸と共に回転する回転伝達体と、
該回転伝達体に噛合し略平行かつ順逆両方向に移動自在な一対の直線伝達体と、
を備え、
前記回転軸は、前記回転伝達体の外側面から外部に出る端部を軸受けに軸承され、前記回転伝達体の内側面から外部に出る端部を前記スプライン軸を介して前記回転伝達部に軸支されている、
ことを特徴とする移動体駆動装置。 - 前記直線伝達体をガイドするガイド部材を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の移動体駆動装置。 - 前記直線伝達体及び前記ガイド部材を保持する保持ケースを有し、
該保持ケースは前記回転アクチュエータの筐体フレームに接離可能に固定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の移動体駆動装置。 - 前記回転アクチュエータは、
前記出力軸の少なくとも回転数及び回転方向を検出可能なセンサを備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、又は4のいずれか1項に記載の移動体駆動装置。
