Claims (6)
- 真空ポンプにおいて、
真空気密なハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に配置された電気部品と、
前記ハウジング内の電気部品と前記ハウジングの外部とを電気的に接続するための気密且つ電気的な導出組立体と、
を備え、
前記導出組立体は、
ハウジング開口部と、
前記ハウジング開口部に配置され、前記ハウジングの内部と前記ハウジングの外部との間に延びる電気線を囲むシーリング化合物体と、
前記ハウジング開口部の開口縁と前記シーリング化合物体との間のシーリング環と、
前記シーリング化合物体を前記ハウジングに取付けるための固定手段と
によって形成されており、
前記電気線は、前記シーリング化合物体内に配置された回路基板を含んでおり、
該回路基板に、読出可能なポンプのデータ・メモリが設けられていることを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記シーリング化合物体は、外側から前記ハウジング開口部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記固定手段は、シーリング化合物ハウジングであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記電気線は、内部及び外部に向かって一つの電気プラグを夫々含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記回路基板は、電子部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記シーリング化合物体の材料がエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
