Description
a)連続的に又は所定時間間隔で検出データを取得し、その時間的な変化の程度を判断して測定対象である試料が光路中に用意されたことを認識する認識手段と、
b)一連の連続的な又は所定時間間隔の検出データの取得を開始した後に、前記認識手段による測定対象試料が光路中にあることの認識に応じて、検出データを試料に対する測定データとして扱う処理を開始する一方、その一連の連続的な又は所定時間間隔の検出データの取得を開始した後であって前記認識手段により測定対象試料が光路中にあることが認識される以前に得られた、時間的な変化が所定の閾値以内である検出データを試料無しのバックグラウンドデータであるとして扱う処理を実行する処理手段と、
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (4)
- 試料に測定光を照射して該試料を透過した光を検出器により検出し、その検出データに基づいて試料による特定波長光の吸収に関する情報を取得する分光光度計において、
a)連続的に又は所定時間間隔で検出データを取得し、その時間的な変化の程度を判断して測定対象である試料が光路中に用意されたことを認識する認識手段と、
b)一連の連続的な又は所定時間間隔の検出データの取得を開始した後に、前記認識手段による測定対象試料が光路中にあることの認識に応じて、検出データを試料に対する測定データとして扱う処理を開始する一方、その一連の連続的な又は所定時間間隔の検出データの取得を開始した後であって前記認識手段により測定対象試料が光路中にあることが認識される以前に得られた、時間的な変化が所定の閾値以内である検出データを試料無しのバックグラウンドデータであるとして扱う処理を実行する処理手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする分光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光光度計において、
前記処理手段は、前記認識手段による認識に応じて、検出データを測定データとして取扱い始めた後に、新たに得られた検出データと前記測定データとの差異が大きい場合に、該測定データを廃棄することを特徴とする分光光度計。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の分光光度計において、時間的に振幅が変化するインターフェログラムが前記測定光であるフーリエ変換赤外分光光度計であって、
前記認識手段は、フーリエ変換処理前の干渉波形データの時間的な変化を利用して測定対象試料があることを認識することを特徴とする分光光度計。 - 請求項3に記載の分光光度計において、
前記処理手段は、干渉波形データである測定データ及び/又はバックグラウンドデータを積算処理することを特徴とする分光光度計。
