Claims (17)
- 触媒を含む層がその中に形成される1つの移動床を含む向流移動床リアクタシステムの使用により焼結排気ガスを浄化する方法であって、
前記焼結排気ガスは、CO2、CO、O2、H2O及び/又はN2に加えて、少なくとも、以下の有害物質
NOx、SO2、HCl、Hg、ダイオキシン、フラン、ダスト、及び、低温熱分解プロセスからの昇華性又は凝縮性の物質、重質炭化水素、及び/又は、重金属、および少なくともNOxおよび触媒劣化気相有害物質
を含有しており、
前記1つの移動床において、前記触媒劣化気相有害物質の大部分を前記焼結排気ガスから除去し、その後、脱窒触媒として作用する少なくとも1種の吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤により、アンモニウム化合物の添加の下で脱窒が起こり、
第1浄化段階においては、流れの入口層と前記入口層に隣接する前記移動床の下層とを少なくとも含む第1領域において、気相成分のSO2、HCl、昇華性又は凝縮性の物質、重質炭化水素、重金属、およびカリウム化合物および/またはナトリウム化合物の少なくとも1種を吸収又は吸着により捕捉し、粒状成分を付着により捕捉し、
第2浄化段階においては、前記第1領域の上方で脱窒を行い、第1浄化段階に必要とされる床の深さを、吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を前記移動床の底部から取り除き、未使用の又は再生された吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を前記移動床の頂部に添加するサイクルにより調節することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記移動床リアクタシステムにおいて、吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を前記移動床の底部から取り除き、未使用の又は再生された吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を前記移動床の頂部に添加するサイクルを、前記移動床の深さまたは部分的な深さの前記焼結排気ガスにおける流入圧力の低下に応じて、又は、流路領域内の吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を損なう気相及び/又はダスト相の成分により引き起こされる前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤への損傷に応じて実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記焼結排気ガスを、前記移動床リアクタシステムの上流に配置された事前浄化のための電気フィルタ及び/又はバッグフィルタに流す、及び/又は、自由流れにおいて、微粉の反応剤及び/又は吸着剤を用いて、前記焼結排気ガスから、有害成分SO2及びHClの少なくともいくらかを除去することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記事前浄化段階において、前記焼結排気ガスのSO2含量を、標準立方メートル当たり100mg未満に減少させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記移動床リアクタシステムから取り除いた前記使用済みの又は部分的に使用済みの吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を、廃棄を目的として焼結ベルトに供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤は、炭素含有吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤と、酸性汚染物質用の反応剤との混合物から構成されるか、又は、少なくとも2種の収着媒体の混合物からなる粒状物の形態の粒状収着媒体から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ガスを、前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤によって、80℃を超える温度で浄化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6記載の方法。
- より小さな粒子の除去及び/又は前記収着剤粒子中に捕捉されたダストを取り除くことを目的として、前記移動床リアクタシステムから取り除かれた前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を篩がけすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒活性を回復させる又は改善させるために、前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を再生又はドープすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒活性を改善させるための少なくとも1種の物質を、ドーピングによって、前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤又はこれを構成する成分に添加することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記ドーピングを、五酸化バナジウム、酸化チタン及び/又はタングステン化合物を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- ドーピングを、複数の成分から前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を製造する際、ペレット化の際に行うか、又は、前記吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤を構成する個々の成分のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて行うことを特徴とする請求項9乃至11の何れか1項記載の方法。
- ドーピングを、触媒物質を含有する又は触媒物質から構成される懸濁液を用いた処理により吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤の製造後に行うことを特徴とする請求項9乃至12の何れか1項記載の方法。
- ドープ物質を、ダストの形態で、吸着剤及び/又は吸収剤に適用し、そこに付着させることを特徴とする請求項9乃至13の何れか1項記載の方法。
- ドーピングを、前記移動床リアクタシステムにおけるガス浄化の前及び/又はその間に、ドープ媒体をガス流を用いて添加することによって行う、及び/又は、ドーピングをこの方法で追加することを特徴とする請求項9乃至14の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 前記移動床の触媒活性を、前記ドープ媒体の添加によって、制御又は調節することを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記事前浄化段階において、前記焼結排気ガスのSO2含量を、標準立方メートル当たり5mg以下に減少させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
