Description
i) 焼石膏、接着助剤、硬化促進剤、軽量化を図るための泡、混和材、添加剤等、及び水を混合撹拌機で混練し、焼石膏スラリー(以下、単に「スラリー」という)を調製する工程、
ii) 混合撹拌機で調製したスラリーを石膏ボード用原紙の間に流し込み、板状の連続帯に成形する工程、
iii) 硬化後の連続帯状積層体を粗切断し、強制乾燥後に製品寸法に切断する工程を含む。

(ロ)このような空間の形成により、石膏粕の硬化物がキャニスター内に生成し、これに起因したスラリー供給路の詰まりが発生する。
(ハ)キャニスター内における渦流の形成および遠心力の発生に伴い、スラリーがキャニスター内壁面に押付けられるのに対し、泡はキャニスター中心部に留まる傾向があることから、高密度な一部のスラリーが比較的低密度の泡と分離してしまう不都合が生じる(従って、泡とスラリーの均一な混合を図る観点からみると、キャニスターは、不利な作用をもたらす)。
該筐体内に配置され、所定の回転方向に回転する回転盤と、
前記筐体内で混練された石膏スラリーを筐体外へ排出するために、前記円環壁に開口したスラリー排出口と、
一方の開口端が前記スラリー排出口に接続し、他方の開口端が実質的に垂直円筒状のスラリー給送管に連結した中空連結部と、
石膏スラリーに泡を供給する泡供給口とを有し、
前記泡供給口は、前記スラリー排出口に流入する直前の石膏スラリーに対して前記筐体の外周面から前記泡を供給するように前記スラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の円環壁の内周壁面に開口しており、
前記スラリー排出口を通過する石膏スラリーに剪断力を与える複数の羽根がスラリー排出口に設けられ、前記羽根は、複数のスリットを前記スラリー排出口に形成することを特徴とする混合撹拌機を提供する。
前記筐体内に供給された粉体及び液体を前記回転盤の回転によって前記筐体内の混練領域で混練して石膏スラリーを調製し、該石膏スラリーを前記スラリー排出口から中空連結部に流出させる第1混合工程と、
前記スラリー排出口から流出する直前のスラリーに対して前記筐体の外周面から該筐体の内方に前記泡を供給するように前記泡供給口をスラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の円環壁に配置して該泡供給口を前記円環壁の内周壁面に開口せしめ、この泡供給口から石膏スラリーに泡を供給するとともに、前記スラリー排出口又はその下流側でスラリー及び泡に剪断力を与え、スラリー及び泡を混合する第2混合工程とを有し、
複数のスリットを形成する複数の羽根を前記スラリー排出口に配置し、前記スリットを通過する直前のスラリーに泡を供給し、スリット通過時にスラリーに作用する剪断力によってスラリー及び泡を混合することを特徴とする石膏スラリーの混合撹拌方法を提供する。
回転駆動装置の作動により、回転円盤32が矢印R方向に回転駆動されるとともに、混合撹拌機10で混練すべき成分(粉体)及び混練用水が、粉体供給管15及び給水管16を介して混合撹拌機10内に供給される。混練成分及び給水は、混合撹拌機10の内方領域に導入され、撹拌混合されつつ、遠心力の作用により、回転円盤32上を外方に移動し、境界26を超えて外周領域に流動する。歯形部37上のピン36は、耐磨耗性リング23aの内周面に付着したスラリーを掻き落とし、或いは、削り落とす。
Claims (18)
- 外周に円環壁を備えた扁平且つ円形の筐体と、
該筐体内に配置され、所定の回転方向に回転する回転盤と、
前記筐体内で混練された石膏スラリーを筐体外へ排出するために、前記円環壁に開口したスラリー排出口と、
一方の開口端が前記スラリー排出口に接続し、他方の開口端が実質的に垂直円筒状のスラリー給送管に連結した中空連結部と、
石膏スラリーに泡を供給する泡供給口とを有し、
前記泡供給口は、前記スラリー排出口に流入する直前の石膏スラリーに対して前記筐体の外周面から前記泡を供給するように前記スラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の円環壁の内周壁面に開口しており、
前記スラリー排出口を通過する石膏スラリーに剪断力を与える複数の羽根がスラリー排出口に設けられ、前記羽根は、複数のスリットを前記スラリー排出口に形成することを特徴とする混合撹拌機。 - 前記泡供給口の中心と前記スラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の縁部(J)とが前記回転盤の中心軸線廻りに隔てた角度間隔(θ 2 )が、0〜30度の範囲内に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記スラリー排出口は、石膏スラリーを前記円環壁の接線方向に前記中空連結部に流入させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記スリットは、等間隔に配置された厚さ1〜5mm(t)の前記羽根により形成され、前記スリットの羽根間流路寸法(h,w)は、4〜15mmに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記羽根は、水平又は垂直に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記中空連結部は、スラリー流路を中空連結部内に形成する回転方向上流側及び下流側の壁面(47a,47b)を有し、回転方向上流側の前記壁面(47a)は、前記筐体の法線(G)に対して90〜120°の角度に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記中空連結部がスラリー給送管の中心軸線に対して偏心した位置で前記スラリー給送管に連結しており、石膏スラリーが前記スラリー給送管の管内領域で回転流動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の混合攪拌機。
- 前記上流側及び下流側の壁面(47a,47b)は、平行であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 回転方向下流側の前記壁面(47b)は、前記円環壁の内周面に対して鋭角に配置され、前記中空連結部のスラリー流路に流入した石膏スラリーが前記筐体内に逆流又は還流するのを阻止することを特徴とする請求項6又は8に記載の混合撹拌機。
- 前記中空連結部は、石膏スラリーを前記管内領域の接線方向に流入させるように前記スラリー給送管に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の混合撹拌機。

- 外周に円環壁を備えた扁平且つ円形の筐体と、該筐体内に配置され、所定の回転方向に回転する回転盤と、前記筐体内で混練された石膏スラリーを筐体外へ排出するために、前記円環壁に開口したスラリー排出口と、一方の開口端がスラリー排出口に接続し、他方の開口端が実質的に垂直円筒状のスラリー給送管に連結した中空連結部と、石膏スラリーに泡を供給する泡供給口とを有する石膏スラリーの混合撹拌機を用いた石膏スラリーの混合撹拌方法において、
前記筐体内に供給された粉体及び液体を前記回転盤の回転によって前記筐体内の混練領域で混練して石膏スラリーを調製し、該石膏スラリーを前記スラリー排出口から中空連結部に流出させる第1混合工程と、
前記スラリー排出口から流出する直前のスラリーに対して前記筐体の外周面から該筐体の内方に前記泡を供給するように前記泡供給口をスラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の円環壁に配置して該泡供給口を前記円環壁の内周壁面に開口せしめ、この泡供給口から石膏スラリーに泡を供給するとともに、前記スラリー排出口又はその下流側でスラリー及び泡に剪断力を与え、スラリー及び泡を混合する第2混合工程とを有し、
複数のスリットを形成する複数の羽根を前記スラリー排出口に配置し、前記スリットを通過する直前のスラリーに泡を供給し、スリット通過時にスラリーに作用する剪断力によってスラリー及び泡を混合することを特徴とする石膏スラリーの混合撹拌方法。 - 前記泡供給口の中心と前記スラリー排出口の回転方向上流側の縁部(J)とが前記回転盤の中心軸線廻りに隔てた角度間隔(θ 2 )が、0〜30度の範囲内に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の混合撹拌方法。
- 前記混練領域の外周帯域の石膏スラリーを前記円環壁の接線方向に前記スラリー排出口から前記中空連結部に流入させることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の石膏スラリーの混合撹拌方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の混合撹拌機を使用し、厚さ9.5mm、幅910mmの石膏ボードを110m/分以上の製造速度で製造することを特徴とする石膏ボードの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の混合撹拌機を使用し、1m3/分以上の流量の石膏スラリーを成型手段通過時の石膏ボード原紙の間に供給することを特徴とする石膏ボードの製造方法。
