Description
液化剤としてナフタレンスルホン酸塩(密度1.2kg/L)を使用した。液化剤のフォームを、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩を4200U/分で混合することによって製造し、5~30分の安定性を有するフォームを提供した(すなわち、この時点で、最初に使用された液体の最大10%が分離し得る)。このようにして生成したフォームは、約610g/Lの密度を有していた。
スランプフローの影響量を決定するために、非起泡液化剤を使用して2つの試料(試料7および8)および起泡液化剤を使用して2つの試料(試料9および10)を測定した。試験を、400gのスタッコ、276gの水、5.2gの硫酸カルシウム二水和物(促進剤)、0.044gの遅延剤、および1.88gの液化剤の組成物を用いて上記のように実施した。試料9および10の場合、起泡液化剤を乾燥石膏混合物に添加した。試料11の場合、液化剤の量は、約10%減らして1.68gにした。これらの試験の結果を以下の表2に示す。
液化剤の改善された有効性が液化剤のより良好な均質化に起因する効果であるかどうかを判定するために、起泡液化剤(試料13)と、水と混合/均質化されたが起泡していない液化剤(試料14)との比較を行った(比較のために、非起泡液化剤を使用する試料12も提供される)。試験試料の組成は、実施例2と同じであった(すなわち、400gのスタッコ上に1.88gの液化剤)。この試験の結果を以下の表3に提供する。

Claims (15)
- 石膏ボードを製造するための方法であって、前記石膏スラリー用の液化剤がガスで起泡してフォームを提供し、前記液化剤が85重量%未満の含水量を有し、次いで、石膏/水混合物に組み込まれ、そのようにして得られた前記混合物が二次元基材上に適用されることを特徴とする、前記方法。

- 前記液化剤の少なくとも60重量%、好ましくは少なくとも80重量%がフォームとして前記石膏/水混合物に組み込まれる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- さらなる石鹸ベースのフォームが前記石膏/水混合物に組み込まれる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記石鹸ベースのフォームおよび前記起泡液化剤が互いに独立して生成される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が適用される前記二次元基材が、ボール紙または不織布を含み、前記混合物が、前記二次元基材を形成する同じ材料、または、異なる材料から構成され得るさらなる基材で適用後に任意選択的に覆われる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液化剤が、リグノスルホン酸塩、具体的には、アルカリ金属イオンまたはアルカリ土類金属イオンを有するもの、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩、メラミン樹脂、ポリカルボン酸塩、ポリカルボン酸エステル、およびそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液化剤が、前記石膏/水混合物中に、スタッコの重量に基づいて、0.1~2.5重量%、具体的には1~2重量%の割合で含まれる、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 促進剤、繊維、好ましくはガラス繊維の形態の繊維、および添加剤のうちの1つ以上を、前記石膏/水混合物に組み込むことをさらに含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液化剤がデバイス内で起泡し、前記デバイスが、前記起泡液化剤が前記石膏/水混合物に導入されるデバイスから空間的に分離されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得ることができる、石膏ボード。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための石膏ボードを製造する装置であって、前記装置が、液化剤の起泡デバイスと、石膏/水混合物を生成するためのミキサーと、前記ミキサー内で調製された前記石膏/水混合物を二次元基材上に分注するための出力デバイスと、を備え、前記起泡デバイスが、前記ミキサーへの水の供給ラインに、形成される前記石膏ボードの固体構成成分の供給ラインに、または前記出力デバイスの前の前記ミキサーからの前記混合された材料の排出デバイスに流体連結されている、前記装置。
- 石膏/水混合物の所望の流動性を確立するために必要とされる液化剤の量を最小限に抑えるための、85重量%未満の含水量を有する液化剤フォームの使用であって、前記起泡液化剤が、前記混合物を調製するために使用される構成成分として前記石膏/水混合物に混合されるか、または前記混合物が形成された後に前記石膏/水混合物に混合されるかのいずれかである、前記使用。
