Description
(a)内部で密封されたカソード/セパレータ/アノードの電極組立構造を包含する電池本体、および
(b)電池本体に電気的に接続された保護回路、およびバッテリーの一部を収容し、電池本体に取り外しできるように連結されるキャップハウジングを包含するキャップ組立構造を備えてなる二次バッテリーを提供することにより、達成することができる。
本発明の好ましい態様によれば、
キャップ組立型構造の二次バッテリーであって、
内部で密封されたカソード/セパレータ/アノードの電極組立構造を包含する電池本体と、並びに
前記電池本体に電気的に接続された保護回路と、および前記電池本体の一部を収容し、前記電池本体に取り外しできるように連結されるキャップハウジングとを包含するキャップ組立構造とを備えてなるものであり、
前記電池本体が、陽極と負極の2個の電極を備えてなるものであり、
前記電池本体およびキャップ組立構造との間の取り外し可能な連結が、前記キャップハウジングの延長された側部により達成されるものであり、前記側部が、前記キャップハウジングの両側または側部の全体が下方に向かって前記電池本体に伸び、前記キャップ組立構造の前記キャップハウジングが前記電池本体の上側側部に緊密に密着できるような構造を有するものであり、
前記電池本体およびキャップハウジングが連結した状態で、前記キャップハウジングの延長側部が緊密に密着するように、前記電池本体の前記側部に段差が形成され、前記キャップハウジングの延長側部が前記電池本体の側部から突き出ないようにされてなり、
前記キャップハウジングの延長側部または前記電池本体の上側部分に係合突起が形成され、及び、前記電池本体の前記上側部分または前記キャップハウジングの延長側部に、前記係合突起に対応する係合溝が形成されてなり、
前記電池本体の2個の電極が前記電池本体の上側部分から突き出ており、前記保護回路を前記電池本体上に取り付けることにより、それらの間が電気的に接続されてなり、
前記電極側の前部に段差が形成され、前記キャップ組立構造が、前記電池本体の電極端子側上の段差から取り外しできるように形成されてなる、バッテリーが提案される。
上記のように、本発明により、保護回路、キャップハウジング、等を包含するキャップ組立構造が、電池本体から取り外しできるように組み立てられ、互いに電気的に接続され、物理的に堅く固定されるので、バッテリーの製造工程が大幅に縮小され、バッテリーケースおよびインサート射出成形の使用に関連するすべての問題が解決される。従って、本発明により、バッテリー製造コストおよび不良品発生率が低下し、特定の部品に不良が発生した時も非常に容易に再加工することができ、バッテリー製造方法をより効率的に自動化することができる。
Claims (11)
- キャップ組立型構造の二次バッテリーであって、
内部で密封されたカソード/セパレータ/アノードの電極組立構造を包含する電池本体と、並びに
前記電池本体に電気的に接続された保護回路と、および前記電池本体の一部を収容し、前記電池本体に取り外しできるように連結されるキャップハウジングとを包含するキャップ組立構造とを備えてなるものであり、
前記電池本体が、陽極と負極の2個の電極を備えてなるものであり、
前記電池本体およびキャップ組立構造との間の取り外し可能な連結が、前記キャップハウジングの延長された側部により達成されるものであり、前記側部が、前記キャップハウジングの両側または側部の全体が下方に向かって前記電池本体に伸び、前記キャップ組立構造の前記キャップハウジングが前記電池本体の上側側部に緊密に密着できるような構造を有するものであり、
前記電池本体およびキャップハウジングが連結した状態で、前記キャップハウジングの延長側部が緊密に密着するように、前記電池本体の前記側部に段差が形成され、前記キャップハウジングの延長側部が前記電池本体の側部から突き出ないようにされてなり、
前記キャップハウジングの延長側部または前記電池本体の上側部分に係合突起が形成され、及び、前記電池本体の前記上側部分または前記キャップハウジングの延長側部に、前記係合突起に対応する係合溝が形成されてなり、
前記電池本体の2個の電極が前記電池本体の上側部分から突き出ており、前記保護回路を前記電池本体上に取り付けることにより、それらの間が電気的に接続されてなり、
前記電極側の前部に段差が形成され、前記キャップ組立構造が、前記電池本体の電極端子側上の段差から取り外しできるように形成されてなる、バッテリー。 - 前記キャップハウジングと前記電池本体との間の連結箇所を包含する、前記電池本体の側部に包装ラベルを取り付けてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記保護回路の少なくとも2個の角部、および前記保護回路を収容する前記キャップハウジングの内壁のどちらか一方に、案内溝が形成されてなり、及び、前記保護回路の少なくとも2個の角部、および前記保護回路を収容する前記キャップハウジングの内壁のどちらか他方に、前記案内溝に対応する突起リブが形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記電池本体および保護回路の電極端子間を電気的に接続する時に、安全素子をさらに包含する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記安全素子が陽温度係数(PTC)素子である、請求項4に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記保護回路と電池本体との間の不必要な接続による短絡を防止するために、前記電池本体の上側部分上に絶縁部材をさらに取り付ける、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記絶縁部材が、フィルムの形態にあるか、または前記キャップ組立構造の幾つかの部品を容易に取り付けることができる構造の形態にある、請求項6に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記絶縁部材が、前記キャップ組立構造の幾つかの部品を容易に取り付けるための構造である場合、前記絶縁構造が、前記電池本体の上側部分に、接着、溶接または係合により連結されて前記電池本体の一部を形成し、前記キャップ組立構造が前記絶縁構造に取り外しできるように連結されてなる、請求項7に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記キャップハウジングまたは前記絶縁構造の側部に係合突起が形成され、前記係合突起に対応する係合溝が前記電池本体またはキャップハウジング上に形成されてなる、請求項8に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーがリチウムバッテリーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーがインナーパックバッテリーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
