Description
なお装着部28を貫通孔としていると、装着部28にコネクタ23を落とし込むだけで、両端子間の適正位置にコネクタ23を組み付けることができる。したがって、電池パックの組立作業の全自動化への対応が容易である。
まず、素電池1の上面と水平片35との間にホルダー4を載置してから、該ホルダー4の装着孔28にコネクタ23を落とし込む。このときの各コネクタ23は、下面が素電池1の正極端子9あるいは負極端子8の上面に接触するとともに、上半部が装着孔28の上縁から突出している(図3参照)。

Claims (3)
- 素電池の上端に配された外装カバーの内部に、充放電電流を制御する保護回路が実装された回路基板が配置されている電池パックにおいて、
前記素電池の上面に形成された正・負極端子と、前記回路基板の素電池との対向面に形成された正・負極端子との間が、コネクタにより電気的に接続されており、
前記コネクタが、弾性素材を多面体状に成形してなる弾性体であり、少なくとも該弾性体の上下面の間が電気的に接続されており、
前記弾性体の弾性復元力により、前記コネクタの上下面が、前記素電池および前記回路基板の対向する正・負極端子の間に圧接されており、
前記コネクタが、前記弾性体の外表面に捲回された複数本の導電性の条材を含んでおり、
前記外装カバーと前記素電池との間にホルダーが配されており、該ホルダーの上面に前記回路基板が配されており、
前記ホルダーに、前記コネクタを遊動不能に保持する装着部と、前記回路基板を嵌め込み装着するための装着凹部とが設けられており、
樹脂製のホルダーに対して、樹脂製の外装カバーが超音波溶着で接合固定されていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記外装カバーの前記ホルダーとの対向面には、突状の接合部が設けられており、
前記接合部と前記ホルダーの外表面とを超音波溶着で一体化することで、前記ホルダーに対して前記外装カバーが接合固定されている請求項1記載の電池パック。 - 前記素電池の上端部に、前記外装カバーおよび前記ホルダーを固定するための支持部材が設けられており、
前記支持部材は、垂直方向に伸びる脚片と、該脚片の遊端に連続して水平方向に折り曲げ形成された水平片とを備えるL字状のプレス金具であり、
前記水平片には、前記接合部の挿入を許す貫通孔が形成されており、
前記素電池の上面と前記水平片との間に、前記ホルダーと前記回路基板とが配されており、
前記貫通孔に挿入された前記接合部の先端部と前記ホルダーの外表面とを超音波溶着で一体化することで、前記支持部材に対して、前記外装カバーと前記ホルダーとが固定されている請求項2記載の電池パック。
