Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電池パック1は、外装缶2の上方開口を金属製の封口板3により封口してなる素電池5と、該封口板3の上方に配された外装カバー9等のパック構成部材とを有する。この電池パック1は、パック構成部材を支持する樹脂製の支持リブ35・36・37が、封口板3に一体的に設けられる。

この電池パック1は、パック構成部材を支持する樹脂製の支持リブ35・36・37が、封口板3に一体的に設けられていることを特徴とする。ここでのパック構成部材としては、封口板3の上側に配置される部材、例えば保護素子6、回路基板7又は外装カバー9が該当する。

Claims (5)
- 外装缶の上方開口を金属製の封口板により封口してなる素電池と、該封口板の上方に配されたパック構成部材とを有し、
前記パック構成部材を支持する樹脂製の支持リブが、前記封口板に一体的に設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記封口板に、電極端子が上下貫通状に取り付けられており、前記電極端子の下端には、導電性のリード体が接続されており、
前記封口板において、前記支持リブの配置箇所に貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔の下面側に、前記リード体を前記封口板の下面から絶縁する樹脂製の絶縁材が設けられており、
前記支持リブを形成する樹脂と前記絶縁材を形成する樹脂とが、前記貫通孔を介して一体に繋がっている請求項1記載の電池パック。 - 前記リード体は、前記封口板の長さ方向に伸びており、
前記絶縁材の下面に、前記リード体の嵌まり込みを許す凹部が形成されている請求項2記載の電池パック。 - 前記支持リブが、前記封口板の上面側に位置するリブ本体と、該封口板の下面側に位置して、該リブ本体の上方への抜け止めを図る抜止部とを有し、
前記リブ本体を形成する樹脂と前記抜止部を形成する樹脂とが、前記封口板に設けられた貫通孔を介して一体に繋がっている請求項1記載の電池パック。 - 前記パック構成部材には、少なくとも前記封口板の上側を覆う外装カバーが含まれており、
該外装カバーの上壁の内面には、前記外装カバーを支持する支持リブのリブ本体に係合する係合部が設けられている請求項4記載の電池パック。
